I was very skeptical about buying a refurbished phone, but it arrived in a very timely manner, it was free from scuffs and wear and tear. It also came with a screen protector already installed, and I've had no issues with functionality or lagging in any way. Very pleased and I will buy from the site again.

Great site to buy a reconditioned phone. I've used them a few times and every time the phone was perfect and delivery was really quick. Why get sucked in to spending 1500 or committing for 2 years when, for $250 you can get a perfect late model phone and remain free from contracts. I will be using them again!

It's GREAT!! It was a great price. I'm an older adult living on social security. My old phone was from 2020, and it had had it! This one is two years newer, is 5G, and was a terrific price. Back Market is my go-to refurbished phone store from now on.

I got the Samsung Galaxy s22 in the Pink Gold color in Excellent Condition and can I just say this is way better than excellent condition, it is like brand new condition! I got it all hooked up with no problems! I absolutely love this phone! Back Market did it again and I will definitely keep getting more from them!

I ordered a good condition s22 and it just has 1 small scratch on the back cover and minor buffs on the side but you cant feel them so this was a win win. I will be ordering another refurbished phone here forsure! 10/10 + it comes with a screen protector installed. WOW!

The refurbished Samsung Galaxy S22 the I ordered was classified "fair" condition, I believe it was in better shape than that. I could only find little "dings" which didn't even show, once in the case and the screen was perfect. It is much faster that my old S9+, although there is a slight "learning curve for the new features.

Speedy delivery, well packed and secure in packaging, impressed with phone's excellent condition and performance it being refurbished. Reasonable for it's price, & greatly satisfied. Due to this one experince, highly recommended. May order from again soon!

Love my Samsung Galaxy S22! I wanted a refurbished phone for many reasons, price and less in the landfill being the two most important to me. I was not disappointed by Back Market. My Samsung arrived with plenty of communication and support from Back Market. It works as if it is brand new. I highly recommend!

Been using my new phone for about a week and a half now. Very happy with the performance so far. It also has an excellent camera. I ordered the product under the fair condition and the sides came pretty scuffed but no actual damages. (And it's all hidden in the case anyway). Fantastic phone and another good refurbished purchase. I will say as a warning, the battery life of this phone is pretty bad, which is because of Samsung, not Back Market. Just keep that in mind when buying.

I ordered my reconditioned S-22 Samsung and it arrived promptly. It was described to be in fair condition however it was in great condition as far as I am concerned. It was described to be unlocked for any carrier but when I received it it had been previously used with ATT. I put my old Verizon sim card into it and it migrated every detail from my old phone with no issues. I'm very happy with it.
