    I was looking to upgrade my iPhone 6s, a phone I'd had for over four years, but I didn't want to pay "new phone" prices. I like the size of this phone; it fits in my pocket perfectly. I stumbled across Back Market's website and after watching several YouTube videos about the pros and cons of buying refurbished phones, I thought I'd jump in. The buying process was very easy. Shipping was fast, and the item arrived nicely packaged. I was blown away by the condition of this phone. It was absolutely pristine. Using the phone was another story. The iPhone 12 mini was a little more narrow than my 6s and was very difficult to text with. However, my biggest issue with this whole process was managing the technology and links to transfer data etc. My first email from Back market told me instantly that this company is catered to the under 30 crowd. Try reading their emails!! The fonts are incredibly small. I'm 74, make your email fonts larger. My generation did not grow up with wireless phones and most of us have difficulties with their complexities. I'm no exception. I decided to return the phone becuse of its smaller size.     I ordered a good condition iPhone 12 mini and the outside was pretty much perfect. There were hardly any scratches and it looked 100 percent new. Phone was properly restarted and everything works perfect. Only complaint that I have is the battery. It’s sitting at a calm 85% max charge. I don’t really mind but I know some people would. Though for a refurbished phone and for the price, I think it’s amazing.

    My Back<Market (BM) experience: I ordered an iPhone 12 mini in "Good" condition and received it with multiple deep scratches on the screen. At first I was unsatisfied and thought am I stuck with this scratched up phone, but then reached out to BM and they sent me a paid return label same day. BM ensured me I would receive a full refund once the refurbisher received the phone and i did. I took a chance ordered another one from a different refurbisher on the BM site "Loop" and wow!! that one came in looking brand new. The battery health capacity is at 86% but looking at battery replacement cost at apple is currently $69 and will be less by the time I need to replace as this phone ages.

    My iPhone 12 Mini arrived in excellent quality. There were normal scuffs and dirt from it being pre-owned, and the battery health was at 86% upon arrival; however, the phone works beautifully and I’ve had no issues with the device. It cleaned up well and the scuffs are hidden by a case anyway. The shipping took a little longer than expected, but the tracking details were accurate and there was no issue with dispatch or delivery. I was a little nervous to read negative reviews about the refurbisher, but I am very pleased with my device and the buying experience.

    I ran the battery test on my refurbished iphone 12 mini the day I got it and it said it was operating at 80% - which is pretty good considering even 50% is still better than the iphone 8 I 'upgraded' from! You cant beat the price. Ver happy! :)

    The phone works perfectly. It was rated fair when I purchased it, I don't see any flaws. It does have different color screws by the charge, but I don't mind. I make a point to buy used, or refurbished so this was so perfect for me. Also the iphone 12 mini is a great choice if you have smaller hands and don't want a huge phone. Highly recommend it. Thanks,

    so im an existing back market customer this is probably my 3rd phone iv perchased from them and im yet to be let down. this time i purchased iphone 12 mini in color green 64 gb in good condition phone arived slighlt dirty and with a few scratches on the front screan and paint chipping around the cammera but very minor flaws i feel it fit the discription for the good condition option i wasnt expecting it to be perfect obviously since it was refurbished it came unlocked as described and impressed me with a 96 percent battery health however didnt relize how very tiny the phone would be in person so keep that in mind thats on my own lack of recerch iv only had it a day but have no complaints so far the main reason i dont rate 5 star isnt realy beacse of the phone itself but becase of packaging and pressentation and they did not provide any tool to remove sim card tray it was also vey unorganized in the bag kinda just threw the phone and a charger into the bag didnt seem to secure wen previous orders iv placed came with tools chargung blocks ect all nicely packed into a actual phone box notakk thrown in a bag

    If you put this into an official apple box and convincingly sealed it, I wouldn’t be able to tell it’s refurbished. My budget lowered so I had to pick Good and not Excellent condition and I don’t think it made a difference. I see no issue with this phone. Glassback is clean, screen is clean, Metal frame is untouched, battery is perfect, Etc., if this thing was refurbished they must have replaced everything, cause there’s nothing that seemed used about this one.

    Phone is perfectly functional. I ordered an excellent condition device but the casing had very minor scuffs. I understand that it is virtually impossible to have a scratch-less screen, but putting a phone in excellent category with scuffed casing is something I won't appreciate, especially if I am paying $500+ for a refurbished device. Also, the cable that came with the phone was not quite as good as I expected. I got the phone with 88% battery health and 560 charge cycles, which I feel was a tad too much and needed replacement. If I spend 70$ getting an official battery replacement within 6 months of getting a phone it really doesn't make sense to purchase a refurbished one :) !

    I’m overall pleased with this refurbished device because I was in dire need of it; however, I have noticed minor bugs already within these past couple weeks such as occasional app crashes & freezing when I swipe up to see the Home Screen. I’ve reset the phone since then & haven’t had any further issues, & other than those hiccups I am very satisfied with the battery life, the compatibility with my carrier & the cute purple color. 9/10, will more than likely still be back to order again.
