I was skeptical but I’m so happy I bought from Back Market. I bought this phone in fair condition to use as a work phone and I’m thoroughly satisfied. The phone is in great condition besides a few tiny scratches on the screen (but that’s to be expected). The phone has 0 issues software-wise and the battery health seems good for how old the phone is. I would definitely purchase again. If you are having any doubts, let this be your sign! I love my phone. I end up getting it fair shipping was fast and I’ve been getting really good charge. Every time I get charge I pee on 100% at first I felt like it was going dead pretty fast like not dead necessarily but battery is running low, but it was easily fit once I start deleting a lot of my old apps but all the above I think it’s pretty much great right now. I hope that it continues to work good and I will be getting another one soon and turning on other peoples to this company. Thanks.

I received my iPhone 12 Pro Max in excellent condition. No visible scars or scratches. Phone was new. I had no issue with transferring data from one phone to the other. This is my second phone from back market. I will continue to use back market to order phones.

Phone was in fantastic condition overall. Only issue I have is that it didn’t come with an original Apple display that was sold with the iPhone. Though the display is working, it does not pass Apple diagnostics and sits higher than the frame.

After receiving two iPhone 12 Pro Max phones (1 from Amaz, 1 from Wmart), although both order at top tier “like new” level, both were absolute JUNK. This one from BackMarket, not only has a decent battery, but also an actual OLED screen! VERY happy with my purchase here. Don’t waste $ on another site!!
