Switching over to the new phone was super easy - even with a physical SIM card. The camera and speaker functionality is noticeably much better than old device. No apparent use or wear on the refurbished phone I received, looks and acts as good as new

It was an opportunity to learn how to transfer data from my iPhone XS to the iPhone 13 Pro and how to scrub my data from the iPhone XS. The responsiveness of the iPhone 13 Pro to touch is a welcome change from my tiring out iPhone XS.

I got two of the iPhone 13 pros and they both were fantastic! Arrived quick, the phones were in good shape. The only complaint I have is the packaging the phone came in. It was not very well protected. Overall, I would def recommend getting a phone from backmarket!

I got my IPhone 13 Pro sent super easy. The changeover from my old phone was a bit finicky, when transferring my old iCloud to the new phone didn’t work the first time around but worked the second, I don’t know if it was my fault or not. All told though, the new phone is awesome and I feel good about saving some money rather than buying a device directly from Apple.
