The battery health is at 100%. I bought this phone as a gift for my dad and the red one for my mom, an upgrade from their iPhone 8 Plus. pretty amazing 0 scratches anywhere (especially camera lenses - super clean) I’ve bought on amazon ‘excellent’ condition (its dogshit) and certified refurbished from Apple Store, this premium condition here is just as good as apple certified but like 300$ cheaper, would buy over apple certified again if in stock

Phone was shipped very timely. Arrived in perfect condition. Might as well had been brand new. Works perfectly. Traded my old phone, which that transactioin was seamless, too. Will definitely use Back Market again.

Decided to go with a premium condition iPhone 14. Arrived fast and exactly as described. Had no signs of use and a battery health of 100%. Okay I was shockedddd. I was really skeptical about ordering from here because I never heard of this site but I am extremely glad I did. The phone came within 4 days , looks brand new , and had no cracks or scratches. The phone also came with a charger. The phone came fully charged and I can’t wait to use it. Thank you back market🫶🏽

I received my refurbished iPhone 14 a few weeks ago. Once the phone was set up it has operated flawlessly. I am pleased with my purchase and significant savings that I got from Back Market. I would highly recommend this approach looking for anyone in the market for a replacement phone. My only concern is the extended warranty plan that I purchased with the phone looks like it may be complicated to navigate. This is just an opinion as I have not tried to use this service and hopefully will not need to use.
