    I just activated the phone yesterday but so far I love it! This is the 2nd refurbished iPhone 8 plus that I have purchased from Back Market and I'm hooked! Seriously, I need a 12 step program for Apple products! 😂 I don't think I'll ever buy a new Apple device without checking for refurbished products 1st. Back Market is a great supplier and very friendly and helpful. You will not be disappointed.

    We had to exchange the first device for another. Returns were easy and the seller issued a refund to purchase another device. Unfortunately, the iphone 7 model will not be supported anymore. Kind of a waste of time and money. the device itself had the standard occasional issues as a refurbished device would have;occasional glitching and non responsiveness (my other child had a brand new iPhone that also had these occasional issues so I'm not too terribly upset). Overall though, I'm happy with the purchase. I just wish we would have known sooner that Apple wasn't going to allow the 7 to be supported anymore. I will continue to use Back Market as they are doing their best to help out those who cannot afford to buy brand new devices every year. Thanks Back Market!!

    Once again, Back Market comes through for my tech needs. The product was as advertised - a refurbished, unlocked iPhone 11 in good condition. I will continue to use Back Market for my tech needs. I have purchased 3 refurbished Apple products from Back Market and am pleased with all the purchases.     The iPhone 11 Pro Max was purchased for my son, who had high expectations for his first phone. When we unboxed the phone, my first thought was how new it looked. No scratches or marks on the screen or metal casing of the phone itself. If it had come in Apple packaging, there would have been no way to tell that it was not brand new. The only issue I had was with the health of the battery. I immediately checked the maximum capacity of the battery and it showed 90%. With how active young people are on their phones, I was hoping to start as close to 100% capacity as possible, but with the phone being refurbished, it was understandable. I will definitely be ordering more products from BackMarket.

    The iPhone 12 is cosmetically and technically perfect. From order to delivery, everything was quick and efficient. My only complaint is how much I paid for an out-of-date refurbished phone. Yes, less than what I would have paid Apple, but still more than I would have liked.

    This is the second iPhone I have purchased through Back Market. My first purchase went great. Absolutely no issues with the iPhone 7. This purchase of an iPhone 12, not so good. This was a gift for my wife. The phone arrived and looked great. After many hours of restoring all her information to this 'new' iPhone 12, she realized the ear speaker (receiver) did not work. Much time and effort were spent looking online for any and all fixes for this issue, nothing worked. She also discovered this was a known issue with certain iPhone 12's. She even contacted Apple directly and followed the techs instructions. The tech verified there was indeed an issue with the phone and in order to get it fixed we would have to send it in or drop it off at an Apple store with a possible bill of at least $150 to fix. The nearest Apple store is several hours away from us. My wife needs her phone for work and can't be without it for any length of time. I contacted the seller/refurbisher (CertifiedDirect) and explained the problem. The seller basically said to buy another iPhone, transfer the data to the new phone, send the defective one back, then I would be reimbursed for the original. I offered several ...

    so im an existing back market customer this is probably my 3rd phone iv perchased from them and im yet to be let down. this time i purchased iphone 12 mini in color green 64 gb in good condition phone arived slighlt dirty and with a few scratches on the front screan and paint chipping around the cammera but very minor flaws i feel it fit the discription for the good condition option i wasnt expecting it to be perfect obviously since it was refurbished it came unlocked as described and impressed me with a 96 percent battery health however didnt relize how very tiny the phone would be in person so keep that in mind thats on my own lack of recerch iv only had it a day but have no complaints so far the main reason i dont rate 5 star isnt realy beacse of the phone itself but becase of packaging and pressentation and they did not provide any tool to remove sim card tray it was also vey unorganized in the bag kinda just threw the phone and a charger into the bag didnt seem to secure wen previous orders iv placed came with tools chargung blocks ect all nicely packed into a actual phone box notakk thrown in a bag

    My wife is so stoked! Her iPhone 12 Pro Max is in perfect condition, inside and out. It charges fast and the charge lasts forever. MagSafe charging is so convenient. It's also kinda like getting a high-end camera that also has a great phone! She caught an owl at dusk along our driveway, 1/2 way up the tree, and she used the 12X magnifying feature and the pic showed every detail of the bird. Perfectly focused, no blurring. We couldn't see those details with our eyes! Magnificent! She loves the facial recognition because she's inside the phone as soon as it's on, almost instantly. We put it in a case that's protective, but the case directly around the phone is held in the larger case magnetically. So she pops the phone out for MagSafe charging instantly. She thought the Pro Max would take too much room in her purse, but it doesn't really. Somehow it fits like her smaller phone, pretty much. So, so many more extras we can't mention here. Love it! The value we have received from purchasing refurbished is truly phenomenal. Close to 50% off what Costco or T-Mobile wanted for new. No, I don't work for Back Market!     I got the iPhone 13, upgrading from the 11 and I really don’t regret it. However, the shipping took a lot longer than it was supposed to. Which wasn’t the sellers fault or Back Markets fault, FedEx just isn’t the best. Anyways, I got the phone in “Excellent” condition, which basically means brand new. It had 2 scratches on it when it came (maybe more) one of them were very noticeable, but it didn’t bother me. However, there was a weird imprint on the screen, it didn’t affect the screen itself at all, but it looked like it had been damaged when you titled it a certain way to the light. There was no scratches or damage to the body of the phone. It came with 95% battery health which I’m a little disappointed with because Ive always bought my refurbished phones off Amazon and they’ve always come with 100% battery health. But you cant complain much considering the price. I would say it’s worth it.

    I was so anxious to get this phone! I never bought anything refurbished in my life and glad I found this site. I had an iPhone 13 but gave it away to my brother . I wanted a bigger phone so I decided to try an iPhone 12 Pro Max . The phone came in excellent condition. A few scratches on the screen but barely noticeable. 91% battery health , so that’s a plus . I love my new phone . It’s a little dirty in the speaker holes but nothing that can’t be cleaned !
