the whole transaction went great! Fast service & the ipod works, performs just like new!

I had made a mistake about the product’s charge cable. I had thought it didn’t work, but it did. As soon as I figured out how to navigate the required digital maneuvers, that to me, a ‘digital dunce’, was not Intuitive, the seller was appropriately responsive. I just wish I could have spoken with a real live person to sort out the above troubles. This font size for a person with macula degeneration is a real pain in the ass.

We ordered fair condition as a gift for my 9year old for his birthday and the quality that the iPod was in is amazing! Virtually scratch free (can’t guarantee that’ll be the case for all) but seriously amazing, Thank you so much!!

The condition said fair, but honestly I can't see anything wrong with it at all. It's very well preserved, no scratches anywhere but the back. It's a little slow, sure, but it's over ten years old so that's to be expected.

The battery was shot in my first generation iPod and I could not get a replacement. I love the iPod and do not want to load up my phone with music. An employee at a repair service told me about Back Market, so I checked them out. Got a newer version of the iPod with double the memory for a little more (not much more) than the price of a battery. Everything works perfectly and the refurbished unit looks like new. I highly recommend Back Market.

Screen looks good as new and the ipod has a nice feel to it. I appreciate the smaller size and lighter weight compared to later models and iPhones. The battery life is a little short for my liking but I don't if that is a problem with the ipod touch itself (i.e., even if it were brand new) or a problem with the refurbished battery. For ~ $45 this is a great product that is essentially an old iphone lite (without the ability to call and/or use data).
