This laptop is incredible! I am a full time student and the flexibility and organization of this laptop is a game changer. Everything was packaged really well and I’ve had it for about five months now and absolutely love it!

I kid you not, these (bought 3) look brand new. I bought them for the office and we love them. They came in regular cardboard boxes, very well protected, even the charger has little plastic protection to avoid any dents. My coworkers were pretty surprised when I told them they were refurbished and immediately asked from where, so expect them to become BackMarket customers as well, lol. Performance wise, everything runs smoothly, no weird software, no lag, Windows 11 looks legit, a 10/10 all around. Congrats!

The computer had a typing issue of inserting colons occasionally without my pressing the key. The insertions were not reporduceable but happened and a pain so I returned it with with regret as it was in new condition and a very nice laptop. The return was easy and very professional on the BlackMarket side. Given that I ordered the same computer from them again and it also is in like new condition and a great computer. Dealing with BM was easy and my confidence to deal with BM went up so I have ordered two desktops with confidence.

I really enjoyed this computer the first year I owned it. However, one day the hinge seized up on the lid and caused the screen to crack. Upon submitting a claim to Lenovo under the extended warranty I purchased, I learned that the serial number of my device has had repairs/claims submitted and completed (that I did not request), during the time that I've owned the machine. This information has cause me to question the credibility of Backmarket's suppliers and I don't think I'll be purchasing another machine here again. I expected more trustworty sources from this website.

Service and products are excellent. This is my 3rd purahase.

Cannot beat the price. The computer was for a friend that had a limited budget, and he was very happy with this laptop. It has some ticks bit I don't think that is a vendor issue.

Purchased an “excellent” quality iPhone 12 , and the battery over heats and charge doesn’t last more than a couple of hours. Phone was in great cosmetic conditions but I would have hoped “excellent” condition referred to how well it functions as well. In order to get the item repairs I would have to wipe all of my data and be without a phone for 7-10 business days which isn’t exactly ideal as I use my phone for work and don’t have another device to use in the meantime. It wasn’t a total waste, just not the quality I expected for the price I paid 😔
