I decided to order this Surface instead of a new model to replace my old (dead) Surface Pro 3, because I just wanted to be able to browse the internet and watch videos. The order shipped quickly. The Surface arrived in pretty much perfect condition. I've had no issues with functionality. It's compatible with the keyboard I had for my Surface Pro 3 which was a huge plus. The battery life isn't great but that's expected of a used/older device. I mostly just keep it plugged in during use anyway. This was my first purchase from Back Market and I am extremely happy with my experience.

I really like this surface windows tablet. Not a big fan of android tablets, especially for work purposes. I can walk around the shop floor with the tablet and make updates to my inventory database. The performance has been phenomenal. I do miss having a keyboard at times, but then again it is a tablet with a very specific utilization.

Alright so I've officially had this laptop for just over 2 week and it is absolutely perfect. I bought it in excellent condition and it arrived in just 3days with only tiny scratches on the back you'd have to look hard to notice. No complaint, it was going in a case anyway. My previous laptop was a Surface Pro 6 Core i5 and it began to get phantom touches, preventing me from drawing on it. This surface pro 7 core i7 is exactly what I needed and more!! It performs so much better than my last laptop. I'm so glad I gave this a chance. I saved $20 compared to getting a new Surface pro 6 Core i5 from Amazon.

I was pleasantly surprised with my purchase. Full disclosure, I don't think I've ever bought a computer that wasn't refurbished to some degree. But comparing the prices I saw for this same Surface Pro model (actually, with 128 GBs, not 512) in refurbished form, I thought, if this one turns out not to be a lemon, I will have gotten an amazing deal. It arrived and looked good, with no visible or obvioius issues. It has worked well, the battery seems to be in good shape. My only complaint is that the camera flickers and goes dark sometimes when I'm on a Zoom call. Hoping it will not go out on me completely, or if it does, that it will be covered by the warranty. So, other than that, I'm happy with my purchase.

My Surface Pro 7 has been great! Recommend 10/10.

My refurbished Surface Pro 7 never arrived. It took two weeks, but Back Market made good and refunded my money in full. Not sure if the problem was Back Market sending me a tracking number for someone else's purchase (package dimensions listed by Fed Ex were too small to hold a Surface Pro) or whether Fed Ex misdelivered. Fed Ex delivered the tracked package to "the mail room" which makes no sense for my single family home in a residential neighborhood. I'll give Back Market another try for a similar refurbished product. The concern dialog online was appropriate, but I would have liked to have been told the outcome of the Fed Ex and Back Market investigation as to what happened instead of just being notified that my money was being refunded. Shipping mixups can happen.

honestly was really skeptic about it, but I also have a phone that I got from back market and it's still running really well. even after 4 years. I did receive the Microsoft pro in excellent condition and have no complaints, honestly it a works great, the quality is pristine and the speed is great! I really enjoy it so far and there are no physical damage, couldn't have asked for better!

Works seamlessly. Battery is a little worn and loses charge a bit quicker than I expected. Body did not have any noticeable damage though. Would recommend

Love the surface pro 7 and Windows 11. However, the charger worked when I first unpacked, but does not work now.
