I ordered 6nlocked phone....cdma...gsm compatible.....instead I received a da,n ;locked phone...I spent all day setting it up...only to discover it wpuldnt work with my sim....because phone was carrier locked!

Great product! Great customer service! (Initially, the phone arrived with an incorrect charging cord. This issue was quickly made right with prompt communication and wonderful follow through by the seller.)

I thought it would work out with my sim but it didn't. That's ok my bad, I took a chance it didn't pan out. But besides that the battery life absolutely sucks!!!In 4 to 5 hours you have to recharge it. Then the recharging time also sucks. Its prossesor or snapdragon whatever it is a puff the magic dragon is more like it. It's as slow as Willie Nelson rolling a joint. The phone makes a nice paper weight though, Back market staff, I have no complaints towards you or your company. You all follow through with what you say your going to do and yes I shall buy again as I have 4 or 5 times now, only I will pay the extra 70 or 80 bucks more for a top of the line unlocked phone. Phone looked absolutely brand new. Arrived ahead of schedule. Only complaint would be the charging cable was really cheap lasted about five charges then had to buy a new cable. But all in all a great deal we'll be buying all my phones from here from now on.

Weren't any marks at all on the device, works great. Also has great battery life, which is an indicator to me that it wasn't stored in poor conditions or anything.

These particular items, refurbished, may be exceptional products, yet, "Brand New in Box" at a store are lower priced than these in "Fair Condition n Used". Not an issue, though Its like like saying Hey if they'll pay for it at that price than why not? Right?¿¿" Awesome, timely response, and polite everytime any communication was made though!!!
