My order came in excellent packaging, with all the expected items. The phone itself was In pristine condition , I couldn't tell that it was a refurbished phone. It functions absolutely amazing and I'm glad I as able to save some money through back market. Id recommend this site to anyone looking for upgrades on tech without having to sell an arm and a leg

They are lying about the oneplus 10t. Just purchased this phone and I received oneplus nord n30 I started to check the seller reviews and it's not first time he had done this sending the wrong item.so disappointed

Delivery was Fast even for the extra I paiid for shipping (arrived in less than 48 hrs) but I received the wrong model. I ordered a OnePlus 10T and received a cheaper and inferior (though technically one generation newer) oneplus Nord N30 It was explained that this particular seller apparently doesn't offer a replacement policy (though I'd assume they'd still have my particular model I ordered since I didn't get it unless they're false posting their inventory to boost traffic or they can't bother to do a bare minimum of inventory) I was however offered a full refund of my original purchase price and was told no loopholes would be used to lower my refund one the item was returned. we'll see 🤷🏾‍♂️

I was afraid I would receive the wrong phone, because I saw this in the reviews. I contacted backmarket beforehand and they told me "At Back Market, we take these issues very seriously and work closely with our sellers to ensure that the correct products are shipped as described." Well, I still received the wrong phone. The OnePlus Nord. Great... The seller was TheGeex so be careful with that one

shipping said it would take 3 days but it sat "processing" for 3 extra. speakers full of gunk on arrival. paid for excellent condition but theres a scratch on the screen and what looks like a mark from it being dropped on the top left corner and the bottom left corner looks dented. usb port is so unbelivably loose i highly doubt it was refurbished at all. it seems like all the seller did was press factory reset and send it out. the product itself is fine but for what i paid the condition is awful. i would reccomend finding the same phone from a different refurbisher. this quality is not worth your money.

THEY ARE LYING ABOUT THE PHONE, IT IS A ONEPLUS NORD N30 NOT A ONEPLUS 10T. THE 10T IS A BETTER PHONE THAN THE NORD N30.
