This is the second phone Ive purchased from Back market and I've been pleased with both phones. My last phone worked great for the expected amount of time, given the abuse my phone's endure from a clutzy owner with a 3 YR old who snags it every chance she gets. They both looked brand new, colors were great, and the price makes it hurt so much less when they break! I feel like the battery in the most recent phone I purchased doesn't last as long as it should, but that is truly my only "complaint". The rest was great from selection to service to delivery and communication. THIS is my go to store for phones. Highly recommend.

I like One Plus phones and this one looks great. Seems to be working just fine now but, the data transfer was awful. I was simply transferring from another One Plus phone but the new phone just wouldn't connect. Took several days and finally several hours at a tech store just to complete. Not sure what the problem was as I've never had any issues transferring data from one phone to another, even iPhone to Android.

The phone itself is working as is. No issues so far. It's too mint for me.

I bought the OnePlus 9 pro and excellent condition and the phone looked brand new. The battery charges up to 100% and lasts as long as my old phone.

This phone is honestly amazing, just when it arrived the phone was dead and the charger that came with it wasn't working

The product arrived faster than the other devices. It’s in really great cosmetic condition. I’m still surprised that android phones have come soo far. While I’m an iPhone fan, I wanted a device that could run at 120hz refresh and an updated processor for under $500. This device was surprisingly well put together.
