well a Google pixel 7 is bigger than a Google pixel 8 and Google pixel runs on blue tooth headphones but this one I got Google pixel 8 runs on regular and blue tooth headphones either way I like this Google 8. it's one more then Google pixel 7. This one ngoogle pixel 8. I'm glad I got it .. The back of the Google pixel 8 is different then Google pixel 7 and I guess it's different then a XL Google Pixel 8? still either way I'm glad I got this phone. Thank you very much. 😉Awesome . 👍🏻😉😎

The quality of the product did not meet my expectations. I know the product was previously owned, but the device wasn't even clean when I received it. I understand that your platform works with third-party refurbishers so you can offer customers the best price. But not even considering to at least check a device before shipping it out is not professional and reduces my confidence in the quality of the products sold on this website

Delivery was on time. Customer service was quick to respond. But the purchase has not been without its challenges. First, my computer couldn't recognize the phone when connected via the charging cable. They were quick to send me a replacement phone, but that didn't solve the problem. The problem turned out to be a defective charging cable. I suppose I could have had them send me a replacement cable next, but I chose to get one from Walmart. But the seller, Omnipoint Mobility Solutions, was kind enough to do a partial refund (at my request) in the amount of what I spent for the Walmart cable. Then, perhaps coincidentally, I found that my computer still has trouble with actually transferring files from the phone to my computer, but I recently determined that this is unique to my computer. The transferring of files works fine on other computers including one with the exact same OS, Windows 7 Professional. Now, the battery already seems to be going bad after only having the phone for 3 weeks. I asked the seller/customer service agent if the warranty covered getting a new battery. At first, he didn't answer the question and instead suggested I return the phone for a refund. I took that to imply that the warranty did not cover getting a new battery; but, upon asking again, he did say, "If you send the phone to me for a warranty issue we will attempt to solve the issue, and if we can't we'll send you a replacement." But even if I had to pay for a new battery (which I believe to be at least $70, if done professionally), I believe I'm still getting a good deal on this phone, as it and other phones of similar class seem to cost about $300-500 (refurbished) elsewhere. Though, replacing the battery through anyone other than the seller would void the warranty. And, finally, if you don't sync your phone to a Google account, the phone will keep reminding you every 15min with a silent yet visual notification, which bothered the hell out of me because, although silent, the visual aspect of the notification is still distracting and annoying, because I have to check to make sure it's not a text message. I never brought this up to the seller. And if there's another way to make the notification stop, I couldn't find it.

i love my knew pixel i just got it - ill be useing it as soon as i get a cover for it - Best customer service ever - there out going friendly quick response and wonderfull at keeping me updated on my phone - ill be purchasing from them again - Thank You - Your the Best - keep me posted if another Blue phone comes your way - i gotta play with my new phone - ( my mine is silver and pinkish - LOVe LOVE IT - sadly it doesnt want to up except to wifi and still no service- it goes straight to voice mail - is that what the blue one - im trying to get it up and running one more time - please keep me posted if you by chance getanother please blue maybe that will past your tests - sad about the blue one failing - so it wasnt available - you guys are awesome - char

Very pleased with my Google Pixel XL. I wish it had more than 32 gB but that does not affect the functionality of this unit. It is fast and works well. If it had not come in an aftermarket box, I would not have known it was refurbished! Great company and great purchase!

The product quality is not good and when I contacted the seller I was not satisfied with the resolution. I paid $100s of dollars for a phone that doesn't work, I am only able to talk on the phone if it is on speaker. They offered to have me send it to them for review and repair. That is unacceptable as it would leave me without a phone for a week. I rated the order and Backmarket doesn't seem to care. Send me a comparable phone that works and I'll send this one back so I don't have to go without a phone. That is the only acceptable resolution.

The Google Pixel XL 32 GB black unlocked units from October 2020 from this vendor seem to be completely unused. Great deal for under 100 bucks. I bought three and all of them seem completely untouched, no dust in the speaker or usb areas. No scratches whatsoever.
