I am upgrading from a galaxy S9 and I would say the A25 5g is great for anyone looking for a modern phone with some features such as a headphone jack (big one for me) and an updated display. I would suggest checking who the seller of the phone is for your purchase. I purchased from "lastoftheloot". My delivery came a day earlier than expected, and inside the box was a charger, microsd/sim tool and standard information. Overall very pleased with my purchase

The phone and it's condition upon arrival was excellent. However, I was sent the 6GB version instead of the 8GB. Of course, I can go to the effort to erase everything and get a refund, but there are no other 8GB versions available, and likely the same will happen again. Back Market should ensure that sellers provide what they are advertising or they correct the specifications of the phone.

The whole experience was great. I was able to find possible replacements for my phone, and I had the information I needed. I ordered, it and it came several days later (when they said it would), I was able to swap out my SIM and use Samsung's tool to transfer all my phone state, and everything worked perfectly. Phone was in good condition but it came with 6 GB of RAM instead of 8. The only reason I checked was because I read another review where a user had a similar issue. It's not normally something that I would have checked and something I would have hoped the back market quality control fee that I paid covered. The return process went well enough, but the experience of getting the phone, transferring everything over to the new phone, and then not being able to get a replacement was disappointing. While I like the service, this is the second time out of three purchases where I have had problems. It always seems to do with their third parties.
