Easy transaction no fuss I love the phone everything is good

The product was in good condition

phone was advertised as 8 GB ram, it arrived with only had 6 GB ram. phone says it's unlocked but it is labeled Xfinity. The sim tray wouldn't function like it should but I was able to get my sim card into it eventually. I was disappointed to hear that all I could do was wait 10 days for a replacement or refund and I was unable to actually speak to customer support.

Item received was not the same color as pictured and I had no way to charge it because the "charging cable" it came with had USB Type C at both ends.
