I am upgrading from a galaxy S9 and I would say the A25 5g is great for anyone looking for a modern phone with some features such as a headphone jack (big one for me) and an updated display. I would suggest checking who the seller of the phone is for your purchase. I purchased from "lastoftheloot". My delivery came a day earlier than expected, and inside the box was a charger, microsd/sim tool and standard information. Overall very pleased with my purchase

paid for the unlocked version with 8gb RAM, received TracFone 6gb version that has been SIM unlocked. I now have to go through a lengthy return process, and there are no customer service people to speak to. might as well have bought off eBay.

phone was advertised as 8 GB ram, it arrived with only had 6 GB ram. phone says it's unlocked but it is labeled Xfinity. The sim tray wouldn't function like it should but I was able to get my sim card into it eventually. I was disappointed to hear that all I could do was wait 10 days for a replacement or refund and I was unable to actually speak to customer support.
