Purchased an iPhone 12. It was delivered within a couple days, and is in excellent condition. Even the battery health is 100%!! Wow! So glad I ordered from Give Back Wireless instead of Amazon or Apple refurbished. Phone works perfectly and was set at a very fair price. 10/10 would order again. Phone came like it was brand NEW! No scratches no nothing! Came with a brand new charger and box, and when I checked the battery capacity it’s at 100% with only ever being charged 3 times ever. Had my doubts because it refurbished and it’s a gift for someone but I definitely recommend buying from here! Not to mention shipping was free and it came in two days!

I got a great deal on getting a Google pixel 7. Though sometimes the touch screen is unresponsive, I don't know if that's a typical issue for Google pixels or if it's an issue from an improper refurbishment. I'm thinking about filing for a return/repair/replace. Otherwise I'm satisfied

I was looking for the best deal on an iPhone 15 Pro with 256GB of storage and was so happy to find Back Market! I got the unlocked fully refurbished version and its in really good condition. Really couldn't be happier with the purchase and happy to have picked up what seems like the last great iPhone apple made.

The battery lasts all day, the screen and camera are so clear, and it's been fast and efficient with everything so far. I couldn't be happier with this phone so far! This was my first experience of both purchasing a refurbished iPhone, and trading in my previous iPhone, from other than Apple direct. I did my research first to be sure of how I could ensure the best outcome, and this is my advice to others: Purchase a refurbished iPhone described as no less than “Excellent” condition. It may cost you a little more than lesser condition described refurbished iPhones, but you likely will be more satisfied with the condition of the device you receive. I wanted to trade in my excellent condition iPhone XR and purchase an iPhone 13 Mini 256GB in color green. I was unable to acquire the iPhone 13 Mini 256GB in green as neither new nor refurbished direct from Apple. So I had to look elsewhere. That is where Back Market came in. I really like the fact that Back Market gives a 30 day return policy in case you are not happy with the item you receive, and an automatic 1 year warranty for issues beyond the first 30 days. I bought my first refurbished IPhone with Backmarket in 2019 - an IPhone 7. I got it in the "excellent" condition and it was excellent for 5 years! I loved my IPhone 7 and the only reason I gave it up was because the IOS would only go to 14 and some of my needed apps did not support IOS 14 anymore. So with a great deal of research, including articles on BackMarket, I decided on an IPhone 13, again in "excellent" condition, trading in my old Iphone 7. Trade-in super easy - was given a trade-in price within seconds, free shipping, constant communication, and $ within my bank account all within a week. As for my IPhone 13 - Apple has made copying from old phone to new phone a breeze (not like the old days with needing to backup and copy from ICloud). The Iphone 13 came well packaged and yes, in excellent condition. Beautiful phone. I highly recommend BackMarket to anyone looking at getting a "new" phone. I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy A05 from Back Market, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The device arrived in great condition, looking clean and well-maintained. Despite being a refurbished phone, it feels just like new no noticeable scratches or defects. I was particularly impressed with Back Market's service the phone was well-packaged, arrived on time, and worked flawlessly right out of the box.

I ordered this because the IPhone 7 was my first phone and I locked myself out of my old one so I bought this one for a backup and nostalgic reasons. There were slight scratches on the phone but I wasn’t mad at that because I was expecting that. The sound and graphics quality were impeccable. And I also customised the background and homepage. So if I could rate it 10/5 I would but I can’t, so yeah a 10/5 for me
