Buying refurbished there’s only so much you’re allowed to complain about. I bought in good condition and there’s a minor minor scuff at the bottom that you couldn’t even bother to notice making this in my mind excellent condition. Only complaints are screen isn’t fully seated not genuine apple screen (duh) OLED screen would’ve been nice but like I said can’t complain so much other then that I’m happy with the phone. Will be back later for battery review.

This is most satisfactory risk I have ever taken. I purchased the iphone 12Pro in Excellent condition. Came with no scratches on the screen or even the back, no scratches on camera, . Speakers are in perfect condition when playing music. Looks literally brand new, can't tell its refurbished. Battery health 82%, but I am still satisfied with it as it is. On that note, I am also an international shopper, i.e I am from Nairobi, so this was a real risk, so happy with my purchase.

The phone was supposed to be white, but it is black. I really was looking forward to replacing my loved white iphone 6 with a white SE But by accepting it and tossing the packaging and now using it (it works fine) AIm out of luck How does your refurbisher send out a black phone instead of what I ordered without telling you?

The first phone that I paid for was supposed to be in excellent condition. It arrived in "fair" condition and was dirty. I did have a great experience with customer service thankfully, and I shipped that one back and then purchased another one. The second phone is much better. However, the top speaker doesn't work. So I can't hear incoming calls unless I'm on speakerphone or in my car connected to bluetooth. I never received a shipping label for my old phone, so I still have it. But now that I've gone through the process of waiting weeks for a new phone twice and then completely wiping my old phone clean, I am not sure that it's worth the process of completely wiping this new phone clean and downloading all of my data into the old phone again. Just to do it all over again. Basically, I am resigned to having a defective phone now because I simply don't have the time or patience for this run around process again. I've learned my lesson, and will probably not shop here again for a phone that I rely on daily. The middle man who receives and refurbishes the phones obviously does not do a thorough job of cleaning, inspecting, and quality control. I did get a pretty nice phone for l...

Got my new to me iphone12pro max and love it! Great condition, won’t know it was a refurbished phone. Love the size. And shipping was great and my trade in was easy and smooth. When it’s time to upgrade I will come back for sure.

Good for the price. I ordered "very good" hoping that there wouldn't be any damage but since its refurbished its a 8/10. There is a scratch but it's an iPhone so cant really complain much. It works pretty good as if it was new.

So far so good. Was a present for my wife who typically struggles with IT in general. She is very pleased with the performance and LOVES the fact it is refurbished. Ordering was super easy, delivered as promised. Overall a great purchasing experience - we will be back in the near future!

Overall I'm very pleased. Shipping was fast and for the most part the phone works just as it should. My only problem is that the side keys stick and the palm swipe screenshot doesn't function. Other than that it's really good.

The iPhone 12 Pro was good even tho the screen had an infraction from when it was refurbished but not a big deal I’m happy with it
