    I bought an iPhone 12 Pro in Excellent condition. The first one I received had broken camera glass on the back. This was returned and I received a second one to replace it but it didn't seem to be "Excellent" according to Back Market standards. The sides of the device were pitted and there are some small scratches in the screen at the top in the notch area. Phones I have purchased from other sellers in excellent condition have felt brand new. This one felt like it was in good or fair condition but certainly not new, unused, or excellent. I was disappointed with the experience but due to the long shipping turnaround time from the first issue, I decided to keep the phone anyway. I still think Back Market is a great place but wouldn't buy from this specific seller again.

    Easy, fast shipping. I was overall happy with the way the iPhone 13 I purchased in "Good" condition arrived, phone battery was 87% and the body was also good with only a few scuffs around the edges (nothing that a case will hide). I'd have been a bit disappointed about the screen, it has apparently been replaced for a non genuine display and my phone is indicating “An important display message - Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine apple display". I had to remember that this was a refurbished phone and I couldn't notice any difference in image quality, except for that annoying notification in the settings the iPhone works as expected.

    This is most satisfactory risk I have ever taken. I purchased the iphone 12Pro in Excellent condition. Came with no scratches on the screen or even the back, no scratches on camera, . Speakers are in perfect condition when playing music. Looks literally brand new, can't tell its refurbished. Battery health 82%, but I am still satisfied with it as it is. On that note, I am also an international shopper, i.e I am from Nairobi, so this was a real risk, so happy with my purchase.

    Minor scratches on the side/bottom, but if you just put a case on it, it’ll be fine and unnoticeable. You should buy refurbished phones because it’s a lot cheaper and helps save the environment! Plus, who would want to spend $1000 on a phone when you can spend less than $500 for something identical!?
