I purchase a refurbished iphone from Back Market, the process was easy and everything went smooth. I received my iphone on the date as exspected on time. I am really happy with my new iphone works great.

I have had to spend HOURS on this phone which in the end turned out to be a phone that has not been paid for with AT&T so the SIM card locked to AT&T can’t be unlocked for me to use the carrier I am with (StraightTalk). I’m not sure how something like this gets by this company that seems so professional but it’s not a pleasant experience to purchase something that costs this amount of money to then have to send it back and go thru the whole process of buying another one with fingers crossed it’s not a phone still under contract or stolen or who knows what. It’s a huge waste of my time. Back Market DO BETTER. I’ve gotten 2 other phones from you & had no problems. You’ve ruined the great experience for me.

Though the phone I got looked good, when I tried to set it up, I found out that it was still registered as a work phone for a random company. I couldn't proceed with setup without agreeing to let the company have access to my phone. (When I reached out to that company's IT department, they said the phone had been stolen). BackMarket customer service was helpful, if a little slow. But based on this experience, I didn't feel up for trying again, so I just opted to return the phone for a refund. I was surprised about this issue, as I hadn't encountered it in other people's reviews. Hopefully it was just an isolated incident.

I ordered an unlocked Pixel 7, but the seller shipped me a locked one. After I contacted support, the seller either failed to reply to Back Market or for some other reason took a few days trying to remotely unlock the device. When they were unable to, I returned the phone for a full refund.

phone is really good, there is a scratch in the middle and the far left side doesnt work .It doesnt let me type any word that includes the letters a,z,q or press the back button on messages, instagram ect.

Titled unlocked. Arrived as a locked phone. Otherwise the phone is in good condition. But as of now, useless to me. Would be nice if the seller could keep track of whether their products are locked or unlocked. Will not buy from again.

I purchased this phone thinking it was unlocked as the description said. Phone ended up being locked to verizon. When I contacted Verizon to see what they could do they told me that I would have to refund it through the company I purchased the phone

Max Battery percentage was 100% which is really good the phone has no flaws that I have noticed. However I’d recommend checking Amazon renewed as this phone I got just was in a Amazon renewed box which makes me believe the seller got it from Amazon for cheaper and sold it to me for higher.

quality:excellent customer service: above average I love the level of customer service, follow ups, and updates on the order! Everything was seamless and could not ask for a better experience! My son LOVES his yellow iphone! Thank you!
