The entire order process and shipping is an easy streamlined experience. The price, of course was amazing and the standard shipping was 2 day Air. I received the MacBook Air faster than I thought I would. I was extremely happy that when the MacBook Air arrived it was the exact one that I had chosen and it was in amazing condition, everything works and it was not locked to anybodys Apple ID. Couldnt ask for more. 10/10 experience will definitely be buying from Back Market again!

I love it! I got my Mac in fair condition and it came with a charger included! It runs very well thus far and there’s barely any noticeable scuffs or scratches. I’ll be returning to purchase more off of backmarket!

Product arrived in better condition than what was described. Battery had good health, screen had no cracks or damage, and performed better than I expected. Great experience! Everyone is pushing the M1 chips but a high RAM (16 - 32Gb) core i5 or i7 does the job for me. I do mostly heavy video editing and light photography editing.

Wasn’t sure what to expect from a ‘fair’ quality 2019 MacBook, but let me tell you I am more than ecstatic with my purchase. Some comment that there’s a slight lag sometimes on the device, but I haven’t really noticed that and I’ve been playing some pretty high spec games on it like BG3 and the Witcher 3. The casing, screen, keyboard, retina bar, ports etc are all in good working order and I can only see cosmetic damage on the edges of the MacBook at certain angles. I will say it does get warm! It doesn’t bother me.

The laptop was not properly erased and still had the admin password saved somewhere in the hard drive which stopped me from updating. Luckily Apple was able to help me and I haven’t had anymore problems

Had it for a few weeks now. I was a bit skeptical at first, given that I’d never heard of BackMarket. Seemed to good to be true. I ordered one in “good” condition. It arrived in better condition than I thought. It was practically brand new out of the box. Love it so far! Shipping was right one time. I ordered it on a weekend, with a holiday the following Monday, still arrived on time. Couldn’t be happier with the entire process.
