Exchanged a Samsung Galaxy S9 for a Samsung Galaxy S23. I came across Back Market in an article and after checking them and many other refurbished electronics suppliers I felt completely comfortable to take a chance. The order process itself was very easy and product shipped/arrived as promised. The staff picks were helpful in deciding on what to get as well. I had no problem setting up the phone myself thru my current carrier Verizon. ALL data transferred successfully. I took it in just to make sure I did everything correctly and without knowing it was refurbish, even they said the phone looked and operated as New. I would definitely use Black Market again . (I ordered an Excellent level which was similar price to Good condition at the time.)

I ordered 2 phones for my husband and I and both came in excellent condition and both locked to AT & T, which I was worried about, because we got an unlocked phone before that wouldn't work with our network, but these worked right out of the box, and flawlessly I may add! We are extremely happy with our purchase and will definitely buy again!!

The first one I ordered was stuck in bootloader mode, had to return it and buy another. Jose from support was very helpful and knowledgeable. Back Market knows what they are doing! I first tried Amazon and received a locked phone which made me infuriated. My cousin got her phone from Back Market and she told me she had no problems with the whole experience and phone. Man, she was right! Delivery was on time, Phone came in Excellent Condition with all accessories, and best of all it was unlocked! 5/5 stars earned.
