I received my iPad in a timely manner, even before he scheduled arrival time!! The packaging was impeccable. The iPad looked brand new and it works efficiently!! I was shocked by the quality of this refurbished iPad!

The item I received was in great condition and has been working very well. I could easily forget that I purchased refurbished, its like to new to me. I did a trade in as well and that was a very smooth and well communicated process. I will be buying again from backmarket and would recommend them to other looking for a more circular economy purchase of electronics.

The refurbished 2020 MacBook Air seems to work well so far; getting the $50 price reduction as granted has yet to materialize . . . not sure how to get that even now; still awaiting the approval for the $50 rebate for my used 2017 MacBook Air, but only sent off this morning, so time will tell. The devil is in the details. Let's see.

Such an amazing product. I ordered fair, and my iPad came without a SINGLE nick or scratch. The only note of it being refurbished is slightly lower battery health, but that's not a horrible detraction. I love this site and will definitely be using it again.

The MacBook Air is a refurbished model. However, it runs perfectly fine. It doesn’t take that long to boot-up my laptop and macOS Monterey runs smoothly. I purchased the MacBook Air so that I can use it for graphic design by using Adobe Creative Cloud.

For something that is in fair condition, I personally would have thought it was an excellent condition. This is such a steel. It just has one little bump on the side and a few scratches to be honest. That’s all I didn’t notice them when I first found my MacBook and there’s no imperfection on the MacBook inside. this completely blew me away. I had a MacBook Air 11 inch and it’s better than this one although it’s bigger it’s definitely cheaper and I would say that it’s 200% better. I haven’t ran in with any problems. The seller charge the device before it came so it was already at 100%. It was so easy to sign in and login, get this computer but especially from the seller. I’m not gonna have this computer for long but I know I’m gonna enjoy the time that I’m gonna have it for.

As a first time Mac user I didn’t know what to expect especially getting a refurbished on from 2017. But I have to say it surpassed all my expectations and especially at this price point. I got a “Good” condition, it looks Brand New!!

Really happy with my Ipad purchase. Product came as advertised and in great working condition. Would recommend Back Market to anyone looking for refurbished electronics. Glad I found this place.
