I was very skeptical about buying from this site. I did a lot of price comparison on marketplace and eBay before making a purchase. I purchased the 2019 MacBook Pro in excellent condition, 2.4 ghz i9, 64 gb ram , and 8 tb ssd for a little over $1000 shipped. My purchase arrived completely as described. The battery cycle count was 39. Purchased for half the price of eBay and marketplace. The MacBook does not have a scratch, dent, or scuff mark at all! Highly Recommend! This site has just became my go to for used/refurbished electronics!

the good is, my mother is super pleased with how it looks and its features. her only complaint is she wishes she did it sooner. she said the volume has some issues sometimes with calls but she loves it and it came in amazing quality.

Incredible product! It came in excellent condition; practically new. Very slight, minor dust in the phone ear piece but it’s not noticeable and even less now. Works perfectly! It has been a game changer for me coming from Android. In one of the pictures, I have a screen protector on. The dust around the edge is mine.

Absolutely obsessed. I’ve had the same Acer Windows computer for over 8 years now, and as a grad gift to myself I bought this computer. I love it! I got it in excellent condition and it came in perfect condition- looks brand new! I swear I’ve been on this thing since 9am this morning (it’s 5:30pm now) and it has worked so great! Very fast, efficient, and definitely worth my money! This is the 2nd thing I’ve gotten off back market, and I can definitely say I will continue to be buying from them! Thank you!!!

Although it was fair quality, it doesn’t look like it. Excellent product. Very appreciative of it. Case and screen protector as well. Wonderful work, will recommend ordering and would personally order again.

MacBook is in even better condition than anticipated, however finding a magsafe charger has proven somewhat challenging. Nice that the laptop came with a USB-C charger, but a MacBook Air has only two USB-C ports and one mag safe power socket...so I'd prefer to use the magsafe power socket, but they're challenging to find unless I go straight to Apple—and that's kinda spendy.

I'm was little scared because I never brought refurbished phone in my life but when I say I'm ordering again brought iPhone 14 plus (product) red no scratches my phone was flawless...it's like I brought the premium my iPhone look new like I brought it from the apple store I would be buying some more electronics from here

Honestly and like most skeptical. Saw that they had good reviews on many other sites and gotta say when I chose excellent condition on a 2020 MacBook Pro I was hoping it be clean. I did not expect what looks was purchased from Apple brand new. Exceeded all my expectations and can’t say anything but I’ll be back. Already recommended it to a friend and they also bought one. Same result.

Everything is going great with my husband's iphone plus and I would definitely, 100%, use back market for buying future phones. I'm not a "techy" and we don't believe in spending $1000 on a phone so we knew we wanted a refurbished phone. I did some research and read how reliable back market was so chose them over others who didn't necessarily "guarantee" their work of ensuring all phones were thoroughly tested. So happy with our choice, they have lived up to their promises and my husband's phone looks and functions brand new!
