I was very skeptical about buying from this site. I did a lot of price comparison on marketplace and eBay before making a purchase. I purchased the 2019 MacBook Pro in excellent condition, 2.4 ghz i9, 64 gb ram , and 8 tb ssd for a little over $1000 shipped. My purchase arrived completely as described. The battery cycle count was 39. Purchased for half the price of eBay and marketplace. The MacBook does not have a scratch, dent, or scuff mark at all! Highly Recommend! This site has just became my go to for used/refurbished electronics!

Love love love my Starlight MacBook! Love the color and the fact that it looks and functions as though it were brand new - all for probably half the cost! I mean, why wouldn't everyone buy from BackMarket?!

I ordered a 13 mini 256g in “excellent” condition and to be honest I wasn’t expecting to receive a phone in this perfect of a condition. When I received the phone, I was completely blown away!!! The phone is basically mint. No scratches or marks on the side panels at all, screen is in perfect condition and it came with a screen protector already installed. I am beyond happy with my purchase.

I ordered the "fair" condition and it's practically brand new. i don't see a single ding or scratch anywhere on the body and no internal issues so far either! the keyboard is the only area that shows signs of wear but it's the slightest amount of oil residue which happens very quickly with macbooks anyway, so wonderful!

the good is, my mother is super pleased with how it looks and its features. her only complaint is she wishes she did it sooner. she said the volume has some issues sometimes with calls but she loves it and it came in amazing quality.

Incredible product! It came in excellent condition; practically new. Very slight, minor dust in the phone ear piece but it’s not noticeable and even less now. Works perfectly! It has been a game changer for me coming from Android. In one of the pictures, I have a screen protector on. The dust around the edge is mine.

I ordered a Premium Build for my MacBook Air because the description said it would be refurbished with all Genuine Apple Parts. When I opened the package, I immediately noticed they included a 3rd party charger and USB-C cable (instead of the MagSafe cable these computers can use for power to avoid using one of the 2 USB-C ports to charge.) I wrote to customer care and was brushed off saying accessories were 3rd party and sent a link to this stipulation I had never seen. When you advertise Genuine Apple parts, you should include Genuine Apple Accessories, or state specifically on your site that 3rd party power will be sent. Disappointed and I will probably not shop with Black Market again.

Absolutely obsessed. I’ve had the same Acer Windows computer for over 8 years now, and as a grad gift to myself I bought this computer. I love it! I got it in excellent condition and it came in perfect condition- looks brand new! I swear I’ve been on this thing since 9am this morning (it’s 5:30pm now) and it has worked so great! Very fast, efficient, and definitely worth my money! This is the 2nd thing I’ve gotten off back market, and I can definitely say I will continue to be buying from them! Thank you!!!

Although it was fair quality, it doesn’t look like it. Excellent product. Very appreciative of it. Case and screen protector as well. Wonderful work, will recommend ordering and would personally order again.

this was my second MacBook Air purchase on Backmarket- the first one was awful and I returned it, it was faulty. so I was hesitant to try a second time but I've now had this for 2 weeks and it is perfect! It is replacing a 13 year old macbook air and I didn't realize how sluggish it was, this one is lightening fast, it feels great, keys feel good, screen works perfect. it did come with an off brand charger but I haven't had any issues with it. corners have ever so slight dented/scratched but no other issues that I can see. SO happy I purchased this (especially at half price a new macbook). this is my third backmarket purchase (I bought iphone ear pod things that are still working great as well after like 4 years), great experience with them
