    My iPhone 12 is nearly perfect. Smallest scratch on screen, but I will take it. I tried a refurbished from Apple, sent directly to the store, didn’t work Apple couldn’t get it to backup the old phone’s data, then a refurbished from Amazon, the camera left water spots in every photo. I will never buy a refurbished phone from anyone else. PS I then bought an iPhone 13 for my daughter, and it worked perfectly also, and no scrat

    I was worried to get a refurbished phone through somewhere other than apple store itself but turned out to be a good experience. Purchased good condition and hoped for a jackpot for an excellent condition like I heard from other reviews on youtube, but got just what I expected. Was most worried about the screen condition and the screen was perfectly clean and already had a protective shield on it. Battery health was 88. I would use back market again for my next phone

    The battery, although at 87%, is very disappointing. I've had an Iphone 7 for several years, and it's battery lasted much longer than this one, for at least 2 years. Unfortunately, when I ordered this refurbished phone, getting a new battery was not an option. I'm also finding that the key size, although possibly wider, seems smaller top to bottom. I find it difficult to accurately type than with my previous iPhone 7. Had I realized this, I would have purchased a slightly larger version. When I tried to leave a response with the help center, over the past week, or tried to choose a "less than smiley" face, I was unable to post a comment. I received a response of a system error. Are you unwilling to receive less than pleased comments? (I was able to easily send in a positive review for my husband's refurbished BackMarket phone)

    I was a hesitant to purchase a refurbished apple phone but it turned out to be a great decision. I wanted a smaller phone I could easily travel with. The phone barely had a scratch and works great. I changed my phone service once it arrived and am extremely happy with Back Matter, fast delivery - just everything! great product, great price, and now you've gained another trustworthy customer. I'm looking for a laptop now!!!

    I ordered my phone in the "Good" condition. Not excellent, but good. And I was greatly surprised (in a good way) with the phone I received. It looks practically brand new. There is one tiny scratch on the screen, but it's mostly hidden under the screen protector, and a little wear on the very bottom edge of the back glass. Not visible at all unless you're specifically looking for it under bright light. But the sides are mint, the camera lens bezels are perfect, and all of my factory features, including TrueTone, are still available. Definitely better than I was expecting, given the fact that I didn't buy the "Excellent" condition model, but wow. I am impressed. Thank you so much, BackMarket. The refurbisher that sent me this deserves a huge thank-you, and they did an amazing job.

    I was skeptical with these being refurbished. I read all the reviews and still wasn’t feeling it. I looked at other companies as I was needing a phone ASAP. But the price, 1 year warranty, 30 day return and the 2-3 day delivery from Back Market was selling me. I purchased the Good hoping for the best. To my surprise my phone looked brand new!!! Easy to setup with instructions from Back Market. It’s been 2 weeks with no issues! I love my phone. I will definitely be purchasing my phones and recommending Back Market.

    Thus far the Macbook Air M1 has been great! The 16gb version handles everything that I need it to and its fast! I love how light and portable it is! The condition I purchase was "very good" however, I noticed only one small blemish on the body other than that it looked new! My only question is, how come when I enter the device serial number, Apple doesn't recognize it? Just a small question. Laptop is just awesome and the price was perfect! This was my first time using Backmarket btw.

    I ordered the iPhone 14 Plus in “good” condition . But it came better than expected! I ordered a 12 from here last year and the phone had a few scratches (barely noticeable) and like 89% battery..but the phone i ordered this time came in way better condition ! It looks new , battery health is 99% and literally has no visible marks except for one tiny tiny dent that you can’t even really see unless you look for it . I love back market ! And i love my new phone

    I received my iPhone 12 mini. It is very nice. Good quality. Only one problem. When charging, I will sometimes get a message that due to heating, charging will stop until it reaches the right temperature. That is one of the reasons I decided to get the iPhone mini. Was because my iPhone 6 Plus was getting heated a lot. Just a bit confusing.

    I was eyeing a 256GB iPhone 14 in “Good” condition. But, this 512GB model in “Excellent” condition cost only a bit more. It’s spotless, works perfectly, and the battery health is at 100%. Oh, and it arrived in 2 days. I’m officially hooked on Back Market.
