    The phone is great! I'm upgrading from an XR to a 15 so there were some adjustments on my behalf but the transition has been easy. The phone looks new even though it's refurbished. From the ordering to the delivery this process has been great and I'm looking forward to ordering more from this company.

    Like new iPhone (seller) was amazing quick shipping, Phone came packaged perfectly no damage excellent condition! Ordered excellent and received excellent. Battery health 91% couldn't be happier I had a previously bad experience with seller (wireless source) but this time around with seller likenewiphone was completely different couldn't be happier!

    I was skeptical of doing a refurbished phone. Ordered it, it came within 3 days or so. Opened it, examined it. The phone had a little dent in the top right side of the phone, but everything else was looking New. it was smaller than what I was thinking the size might be, but I'm in love with this phone. Battery so far is working and lasting as long as I need it to (problem with my A35 5g phone). I haven't had any problems with it. So glad I tried this app.

    Update: November 26th and I have had my phone for 20ish days and it was great at first, but now I am having problems with it as in my screen doesn’t want to work sometimes and I have to turn my phone off for it to work. I get a pink screen that pops up and then the phone turns off on its own. November 5th: I have always wanted the iPhone 14 Pro Max in Deep Purple and I finally have gotten it! This phone came in pretty quick and was very easy to transfer everything over from my iPhone 15 basic! I also got it in excellent condition and I think it looks brand new and the battery health is 100%! It will take me a bit to get used to the size difference, but so far I am loving this iPhone 14 Pro Max!

    Device itself looks great ! functions as it should, no sound problems, no ghost touch, great battery health, easy to set up/transfer to, the only reason i give it 4 stars is due to a weird green hue on the screen sometimes. When looking at something in dark mode like Instagram there's this weird green hue that sometimes looks like scratches too, green/yellowish lines but it comes and goes, it helps to turn the brightness all the way up to get rid of it sometimes. Other than that this phone has been great to me, sm better than my 11 pro max that was constantly shutting off and loosing all its battery.

    Of the 3? phones I’ve bought from Backmarket, this one is the best. I bought a third gen iPhone SE 128g and paid for the “good” model. Great is a more apt description because it is like a new phone. Cosmetically, I couldn’t see the difference between it and a new phone, the battery life is awesome and I am very happy with it. Transferring from the 8 it replaced was easy. This is the third phone I bought from Backmarket and it is the best product and transaction so far.
