Of the 3? phones I’ve bought from Backmarket, this one is the best. I bought a third gen iPhone SE 128g and paid for the “good” model. Great is a more apt description because it is like a new phone. Cosmetically, I couldn’t see the difference between it and a new phone, the battery life is awesome and I am very happy with it. Transferring from the 8 it replaced was easy. This is the third phone I bought from Backmarket and it is the best product and transaction so far.

Bought an iPhone 13 mini - second one in less than a year, the old one had a screen crack so I traded it in - that part was new to me and it worked, I kept using my old prone until I got the new one, then sent it in and got my money back (in a bank account, couldn’t use PayPal like I did for the purchase). The only part that I am not happy with is that my new phone cannot be charged with a cable, the port is worn out. It’s not dirty, just doesn’t work any more. I am currently charging my phone with a magnetic charger but it’s not convenient when I am out and about and need to quickly charge it with a cable. The appearance of the phone is fine but it’s not like a new phone if the churching port doesn’t work :-(

Outstanding as always!!! The phone arrived early and in pristine condition and I do mean pristine. There were no scratches, cracks or dents. The battery was at 95 percent. I have bought numerous items from Back Market in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

Would buy from them, again! Although I was disappointed in the trade in value. I ended up just keeping it.

The phone got to me faster than expected. The exterior had a few nicks and scratches but the screen was in excellent condition. Phone calls, camera's, Bluetooth, and text all work with no issues. Battery life is okay, I can get through a work day but barely. The finger print reader is not as good with a screen protector unfortunately.
