It’s taken a bit of adjustment time moving up from an iPhone SE (2020) to an iPhone 16 but the transition has gone well. Am loving the improved camera. Ordered the phone in “fair” condition and honestly no obvious dings or external issues. Battery life at 94% made me happy. Thank you for refurbishing electronics such as my iPhone. I so appreciate the opportunity to be part of the solution to saving our planet. This is my 3rd or 4th refurbished iPhone I have purchased through Back Market. The phone is great! I'm upgrading from an XR to a 15 so there were some adjustments on my behalf but the transition has been easy. The phone looks new even though it's refurbished. I was skeptical of doing a refurbished phone. Ordered it, it came within 3 days or so. Opened it, examined it. The phone had a little dent in the top right side of the phone, but everything else was looking New. it was smaller than what I was thinking the size might be, but I'm in love with this phone. Battery so far is working and lasting as long as I need it to (problem with my A35 5g phone). I haven't had any problems with it. So glad I tried this app.

Of the 3? phones I’ve bought from Backmarket, this one is the best. I bought a third gen iPhone SE 128g and paid for the “good” model. Great is a more apt description because it is like a new phone. Cosmetically, I couldn’t see the difference between it and a new phone, the battery life is awesome and I am very happy with it. Transferring from the 8 it replaced was easy. This is the third phone I bought from Backmarket and it is the best product and transaction so far.
