I have always wanted the iPhone 14 Pro Max in Deep Purple and I finally have gotten it! This phone came in pretty quick and was very easy to transfer everything over from my iPhone 15 basic! I also got it in excellent condition and I think it looks brand new and the battery health is 100%! It will take me a bit to get used to the size difference, but so far I am loving this iPhone 14 Pro Max!

Device itself looks great ! functions as it should, no sound problems, no ghost touch, great battery health, easy to set up/transfer to, the only reason i give it 4 stars is due to a weird green hue on the screen sometimes. When looking at something in dark mode like Instagram there's this weird green hue that sometimes looks like scratches too, green/yellowish lines but it comes and goes, it helps to turn the brightness all the way up to get rid of it sometimes. Other than that this phone has been great to me, sm better than my 11 pro max that was constantly shutting off and loosing all its battery.

I wanted access to features that require Apple LIDAR without paying full retail for a new iPhone. By shopping with you I received an iPhone in perfect condition that met my objectives. Plus I saved a lot of money. I am a repeat buyer and recommend you to family and friends!

Of the 3? phones I’ve bought from Backmarket, this one is the best. I bought a third gen iPhone SE 128g and paid for the “good” model. Great is a more apt description because it is like a new phone. Cosmetically, I couldn’t see the difference between it and a new phone, the battery life is awesome and I am very happy with it. Transferring from the 8 it replaced was easy. This is the third phone I bought from Backmarket and it is the best product and transaction so far.

I am quite pleased with my purchase of a refurbished Google Pixel 7 Pro from Back Market. It seems to be in excellent condition and so far everything is working properly.

Bought an iPhone 13 mini - second one in less than a year, the old one had a screen crack so I traded it in - that part was new to me and it worked, I kept using my old prone until I got the new one, then sent it in and got my money back (in a bank account, couldn’t use PayPal like I did for the purchase). The only part that I am not happy with is that my new phone cannot be charged with a cable, the port is worn out. It’s not dirty, just doesn’t work any more. I am currently charging my phone with a magnetic charger but it’s not convenient when I am out and about and need to quickly charge it with a cable. The appearance of the phone is fine but it’s not like a new phone if the churching port doesn’t work :-(

Outstanding as always!!! The phone arrived early and in pristine condition and I do mean pristine. There were no scratches, cracks or dents. The battery was at 95 percent. I have bought numerous items from Back Market in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
