I’ve bought 2 Apple Watches from here before so I had to try out the MacBooks. I’m really glad I did. I’ve had it for about 2 weeks now and I love it. This is my second pre owned MacBook Pro and I’m going to continue to save money doing my purchasing this way. No different than buying a used car, house, camera, etc. Let someone else take the retail price hit then come here and buy it for a more than fair price and shipped within the week of ordering. Thank you guys.

Just got this “good” MacBook Pro. Got here a day early. I can’t find so much as a speck of dust on the thing. Seriously, I am blown away by the immaculate condition of this unit. It looks as though it was never used. Furthermore, after digging into the system, I find the battery is at 100% health and has a battery cycle count of 8. Not 80, not 800, just 8 cycles. It’s like this MacBook Pro was new in box last week. Couldn’t be happier, these guys will have my business going forward. Do recommend!

The MacBook is amazing. Everything works fine. I had a 2022 MacBook Air m2 chip before this one, but it still works the same. The main reason I wanted this one was because of the bigger screen, and I only wanted usb-c ports. Not all those other ports that are on the new 16 inch MacBook Pro.

No freaking way I paid 688 for a “fair” MacBook Pro M1 Pro 512 gb that is literally in brand spanking new condition has like 2 tiny scratches in the back I wa so tempted to pick good or excellent condition but glad I didn’t saved like 300 bucks thank you backmarket!!

I ordered the MacBook Air in Excellent condition and the delivery came as expected. My MacBook came in perfect condition with no scratches and it came with a brand new Apple charger. I am so impressed with my order.

I love buying refurbished, and this my 3rd purchase from Back Market. (I previously purchased and Imac and an Apple Watch.). The MacBook Pro that I received was just as advertised. I recently purchased a MacBook Pro (2021) 16-inch - M1 Pro (10-core CPU, 16-core GPU) - 16GB RAM - 512GB SSD from Back Market in “Good” refurbished condition, and I have to say—I’m beyond impressed. As someone with experience repairing these laptops, I can confidently say this unit is in excellent condition. The battery health is at 92%, the display is flawless, and all ports function perfectly. The only imperfections are a very small hairline scratch on the Apple logo and a tiny chip near one of the feet on the bottom, both of which are barely noticeable. Given the price, this was an amazing deal, and I highly recommend considering refurbished products from Back Market. The overall experience was exceptional—customer service was responsive and helpful, shipping was fast, and the website is well-designed and easy to use. I also traded in my iPad, and while the process is still ongoing, the trade-in value quoted was great. So far, this has been a fantastic purchasing experience, and I will most likely buy from Back Market again in the future. If you’re on the fence about buying refurbished, don’t hesitate—this is the way to go!

My MacBook Pro 2021 14” Came in a Very Excellent condition as Ordered, no single scratch anywhere. Battery capacity and health is 87%. It’s working perfectly fine and has been my daily driver since I got it. Have used it for about 2 weeks now and not noticed any issues whatsoever. Am happy with the purchase!!!

I've needed to upgrade for years, I've been using a 2014 Macbook Pro 13" with 8GB RAM and 128GB SSD and it got to the point where I couldn't even have bluetooth and web browsing working smoothly. I purchased a Macbook Pro 16" core i9 with 64GB RAM and 2TB SSD in "fair" condition with taxes and fees all under $600. It was almost $3000k savings from when it was brand new. Computer came on time, fair is an unfair description. IT WAS FLAWLESS, no scratches. There was only slight palm rest sheen on it, which would happen the second I would touch it anyways. Battery cycle at 242, I'll take it! I almost clocked over 900 on the old machine. Extremely happy with this purchase, I looked all over the internet and bought other Macs on other sites in the past, Back Market is legitimately the best place to by refurbished. 101% satisfied.
