This is awesome! I had to get a new laptop for work but didn't have the budget to go drop $800 on a new one. Got this one in "excellent condition" and that describes it perfectly. Looks like it was never even touched before. Is working perfectly, charged up quickly and holding the charge. What an awesome deal.

PC appeared new. I could see no evidence that it was used or reconditioned. It had everything on it that I needed at a great price. It is operating perfectly. Completely satisfied with purchase and Back Market.

Condition was as advertised with no visible scratches or blemishes. The laptop turned on no problems and works smoothly. Exactly what I needed for work and the performance is on point!

Setup with the included instructions was quick and easy. I bought this laptop for school to run SolidWorks when I can't be at my desktop, and it works perfectly for that. The battery life, as expected, is not very long, but you can buy a 97 watt hour battery upgrade if you need more time on battery. The laptop was spotless inside and out and runs great.

I ordered this iMac to replace one that was 17 years old. I chose it because it was a lot newer and inexpensive. I only use the desktop occasionally so it is all I need. At first I was a bit concerned, it took FOREVER to start up. Then I read that it had a Fusion drive which is notoriously slow but you could use an external ssd to load the OS onto and that would fix it. Fortunately I had a spare ssd laying around so I hooked it up and now everything is great. So, the moral is, if you buy an Early 2019 iMac, be prepared with an external ssd.

The device is like new! It works really well and has very few signs of previous use. I had read reviews saying it didn't come with a battery but mine came with both battery and case, so I was very pleased because now I have 3 batteries for mine after purchasing 2 on Amazon. Really happy with my purchase!

Purchase of Lenovo ThinkPad T14 far exceeded my expectations. Laptop listed as Excellent condition was received in like new condition. AC Adapter also appeared new. Battery 6+ hours under moderate use. I was expecting some equipment blemishes. However, I was amazed at condition. First time purchase through BackMarket and couldn't be more satisfied. Will not hesitate to purchase again in future.

Coworkers are fascinated by their laptop. We went from using an i3 8GB 128GB SSD laptop to an i7 32GB and 512GB SSD, the difference was craaazy. The chassis feels high quality, it's super lightweight easy to slip into a backpack, facial recognition is a nice touch, bright and beautiful screen with accurate colors (I'm not a pro but they look accurate), high speed, etc. Amazing work computer. I recommend.

Everything about the purchase went well. The shipping was reasonably priced, very fast, and the laptop was as described, in fine condition, and responded as well as a new machine. Thanks Back Market for a fine job!
