The headphone jack doesn't seem to work, but I'm convinced it's a software issue and not a problem with the laptop itself. Everything else works perfectly, and I was pleasantly surprised at the cosmetic condition of the machine. I took the back panel off to see if I needed to dust off the fans, and it was pristine inside as well! I appreciate the attention to detail. When I'm doing basic web browsing, I can get 6+ hours of battery life, but SolidWorks (which is what I bought this for due to the Quadro GPU) cuts that down as expected, to around 2.5 hours. I'm really satisfied with how well this laptop performs and how well the seller refurbished it. Thanks to all involved!

Phenomenal for what I need it for. It has a touchscreen which I wasn't expecting, but has already saved my bacon in a presentation where I forgot my secondary monitor. It also has a fingerprint reader so I can unlock it just like my phone. As for performance, it's absolutely perfect! Battery life that lasts for 5+ hours before low power mode kicks in, allowing me to gather data and present PowerPoints without worry. The C-cell charger makes for a quick sub-hour charge, and honestly the built in mouse track is super useful because now I dont have to lug around a mouse if I want to be productive 😆

Great! Back Market makes it easy to find trusted refurbishers. This Latitude 7430 has a touch screen that I didn't think I needed, but it turns out to add a lot to the laptop experience. I'm much less reliant on the touch pad now.

This is awesome! I had to get a new laptop for work but didn't have the budget to go drop $800 on a new one. Got this one in "excellent condition" and that describes it perfectly. Looks like it was never even touched before. Is working perfectly, charged up quickly and holding the charge. What an awesome deal.

The Latitude 7420 was one of Dell's best laptops when it was released. See the detailed review at notebookcheck.net. It is still a very good laptop for everyday use cases. It arrived in "excellent" condition and is running great. That said, the battery will need to be replaced before too long... that was expected.

PC appeared new. I could see no evidence that it was used or reconditioned. It had everything on it that I needed at a great price. It is operating perfectly. Completely satisfied with purchase and Back Market.

The iPad Pro is great! It's smooth with everything it does. Super fast too, compared to my other iPad Air I had. Guess it was definitely a good upgrade to get. Though the charger it came with didn't last too long as it decided to fry itself. But the iPad itself is great!

This was our first experience with Back Market but I can confidently say that it won’t be our last. Everything was so easy. Delivery communication was outstanding. And the all in one computer we ordered is beautiful and works great.
