This is awesome! I had to get a new laptop for work but didn't have the budget to go drop $800 on a new one. Got this one in "excellent condition" and that describes it perfectly. Looks like it was never even touched before. Is working perfectly, charged up quickly and holding the charge. What an awesome deal.

PC appeared new. I could see no evidence that it was used or reconditioned. It had everything on it that I needed at a great price. It is operating perfectly. Completely satisfied with purchase and Back Market.

Condition was as advertised with no visible scratches or blemishes. The laptop turned on no problems and works smoothly. Exactly what I needed for work and the performance is on point!

I needed a laptop but was on a tight budget, so I took a chance on this refurbished Lenovo, and I am glad that I did. All in, with a 2-year warranty, I paid less than $300.00 for what is essentially a brand-new laptop. Cosmetically, there is no indication that this machine has been used, and it works flawlessly. Also, it shipped shockingly quick. I ordered just prior to Christmas, with no expectation that it would arrive prior to the holiday, and it arrived within 2-days. Definitely a great first experience with BackMarket!

I ordered this iMac to replace one that was 17 years old. I chose it because it was a lot newer and inexpensive. I only use the desktop occasionally so it is all I need. At first I was a bit concerned, it took FOREVER to start up. Then I read that it had a Fusion drive which is notoriously slow but you could use an external ssd to load the OS onto and that would fix it. Fortunately I had a spare ssd laying around so I hooked it up and now everything is great. So, the moral is, if you buy an Early 2019 iMac, be prepared with an external ssd.

The laptop looked good as new when I received it and runs so well. The battery life is not the best, but I expected that after the research I did on buying refurbished laptops. That's no problem for me as I am at home most of the time when I am on mine anyways. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely buy from Backmarket again.

Been a week, so far really happy with the purchase. Good value for the price I paid. Looked up online and this laptop was available within the same range for used and higher price at reputable stores. I’ll probably buy one for my brother too. I was reluctant for my first refurbished purchase but not anymore.

Really good laptop. Good on the outside The main reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is because there's no way to see the battery health of the laptop. Not sure if it was deliberately hidden or not. But it would be nice to know the battery health is all, especially because it loses battery quick. Beyond that, its a light laptop to carry around so good for college students.

Coworkers are fascinated by their laptop. We went from using an i3 8GB 128GB SSD laptop to an i7 32GB and 512GB SSD, the difference was craaazy. The chassis feels high quality, it's super lightweight easy to slip into a backpack, facial recognition is a nice touch, bright and beautiful screen with accurate colors (I'm not a pro but they look accurate), high speed, etc. Amazing work computer. I recommend.
