    Love BackMarket! Lol love the new commercial/ad too! I’ve purchased quite a few devices over the last couple of years. From iPhones, galaxy phones, iPads and more im not thinking about I’m sure. They make great gifts… what’s even better they are refurbished and not some trash floating in our oceans and in our landfills. Every single device I’ve purchased is still being used and in perfect working order. Will never buy brand new again. I’m not one who likes the price tag of brand new items these days. So thank you backmarket team! Keep up the awesome work. Maybe throw some coupons to the repeat customers once and a while lol.. (worth a shot, lol) I’m a bargain hunter 😉

    While the phone did arrive later than the expected date (not really BackMarket or COS Phones fault), the phone arrived in amazing condition! When they say excellent condition, they mean it! Also, it arrived with the iPhone 12 Apple box and user manual! Couldn't be happier!

    The phone is gorgeous, fast, battery lasts all day. Literally fits perfect in my hand (admittedly a bit harder to read on compared to my old s9+) My complaints are all due to the operating system (not a fan of android 12) but I can work with it.

    Came in factory packaging, but had a bit of some kind of powder it seemed around the crack in the edge of the phone and something in the speaker causing it to sound a bit tinny but it ended up resolving itself. Couple days after buying I try the selfie camera and it's as if there's a cataract over the screen. Hopefully I can get a repair.

    Worked perfectly for installing GrapheneOS, camera is great. Arrived clean and without any visible damage (no scratches, dust, dents, or discoloration). Really felt like getting a brand-new phone. I would buy from Back Market again - but I expect to get several years out of this phone first.

    I was scammed by this seller - this device is was supposed to be in excellent/very good condition and there are scratches all along the sides and top rails of the device. There is a dent in the screen. Also the phone was Verizon locked, even though it says unlocked on the listing after selecting my options. I have T-Mobile so I can't even use this device. I have been buying refurbished devices for a few years now, but this is my 1st time using back market and I am not happy with my first experience.
