    The phone works. But it has taken way too long to pay back the sent in phone. (And when they finally got around to confirming the $19 refund, they want my bank account number and ssn and to collect the rebate on the traded in phone, even though there was not one word of that process or obligation before I bought from them. (I don't know if they are intentionally misleading or just haven't thought thru fully how that undermines trust. Obviously I'm not going to get the rebate they promised because I don't trust them with any of that info and I don't understand why they can't simply refund that much to the credit card I paid with.)
