I purchased this phone for my 15 year old son for Christmas. It was in PERFECT condition! There were no scratches, cracks or damage of any kind! Pixel 7 arrived 3 days after order, in original new-looking Google box, with included accessories—brand new charge cable, USB adapter. Phone looks flawless and new with original plastic sheath over it. After fully charging, battery holding better than expected. Tested phone’s excellent camera and Wi-Fi for a long 3-day weekend college commencement festivities: hundreds of pictures, many video clips; no overheating. Ordered an iPhone with condition : excellent, and I got just that! The phone really looks like a brand new device. Got the phone with battery health at 87% which is awesome for a refurbished device. Delivery time was great! I would advise that the adapter and charging cable sent with devices be checked as cable or adapter took long to charge phone . I had to use a charging cable and adapter that I already had to charge iPhone and it turned on immediately.

Got a “good” phone for around half off the deal price of a new s22+. I ordered black but they didn’t have that so they basically sent me a brand new white s22+. Basically looks like it came out of the box and the battery is even 100%. I am sure mileage will vary but I am happy.

Delivery was quick and the phone was securely packaged and came with a white wall charger and Lighting to USB-A charging cable. I was surprised the phone looked in better condition than “good” there are no visible scratches, scuffs, cracks or obvious signs of usage at all which I found astounding. I’ve used backmarket before and I will continue to use them to purchase my iPhones because you get a better deal for almost new phones.

TL;DR: Sent Space Grey instead Gold. Tried to fulfill original request with Gazelle but was worse. Am fond of the Space Grey and very appreciative of the battery health condition. I was initially disappointed bc my color and condition selection could not be fulfilled. And instead of cancelling the order for a refund, I was sent a replacement (like new 256 GB Space Grey). After using gazelle to fulfill my original order request of Gold 256gb excellent condition, they sent me a damaged phone at the price of an excellent condition. After much though, the order originally fulfilled through BackMarket was truly the best compromise possible. And I’m growing more fond of the Space Grey color in general. The stainless steel borders is so premium that i may have been mistaken in not looking in the direction of this color. ALSO for a 3+ used phone, the battery health started at 93%. Though i returned the device, I’m not too upset. It would just be nice to have the order cancelled if the original requests can’t be fulfilled
