    I love my new phone! So easy to switch from old phone to th 13 pro max too. Works perfectly and exactly as described condition wise. Shipped very fast and had it in just a couple days. This is my 4 or 5th transaction and Black Market is my “go to” for updating phones. Fair and honest company!

    Pixel 7 arrived 3 days after order, in original new-looking Google box, with included accessories—brand new charge cable, USB adapter. Phone looks flawless and new with original plastic sheath over it. After fully charging, battery holding better than expected. Tested phone’s excellent camera and Wi-Fi for a long 3-day weekend college commencement festivities: hundreds of pictures, many video clips; no overheating.     Back Market was perfect! It was an easy and affordable way to get a used (but in great condition!) iPhone for our teen. It arrived in amazing condition just as described and packaged nicely. I thought it was also very nice that they added a charger as well….was not expecting that!

    Ordered an iPhone with condition : excellent, and I got just that! The phone really looks like a brand new device. Got the phone with battery health at 87% which is awesome for a refurbished device. Delivery time was great! I would advise that the adapter and charging cable sent with devices be checked as cable or adapter took long to charge phone . I had to use a charging cable and adapter that I already had to charge iPhone and it turned on immediately.

    I’ve ordered several phones from Bachmarket. Being a sailor I ruin one each year or so. My first IPhone 7 I got because I heard they were more waterproof. Getting hit by an 8’ wave broadside in the Bahamas filled our open Outward Bound boat n ripped my phone which I was using to navigate out of my pocket and my coinstructor found it underwater in the bottom of the boat. When I got home I ordered another, but somehow it didn’t work and goa return. This is my first IPhone 8 and so far it’s great. Thanks Backmarket.

    Got a “good” phone for around half off the deal price of a new s22+. I ordered black but they didn’t have that so they basically sent me a brand new white s22+. Basically looks like it came out of the box and the battery is even 100%. I am sure mileage will vary but I am happy.

    Even though I returned the phone, Backmarket and the reseller were perfect for this order. I have absolutely nothong but praise for them. It was simply that I tried out an iphone SE and didn't like it, it was just too small for me. When I requested the return, everything went as they said, including the refund as soon as they recvd the phone back.
