The original order I received was extremely damaged in shipping, it had not been packed properly and the whole computer was destroyed. I was a bit offput at first that there was not someone I could speak on the phone with to get the issue resolved, and to my surprised the messaging service worked out great! The broken computer was picked up by UPS within 24 hours of delivery, and a new computer was at my doorstep within 4 days. I even got a free upgrade! Great customer service, and will certainly buy here again!

Received a fairly loaded 2011 iMac for well under $300 just a couple days after ordering. Condition was better than I hoped for and I'm loving it. I'm sold on products refurbished by Walker and Walker available through backmarket.com.

Refurbished iMac The iMac has been Apple's all-in-one family of consumer computers since 1998. The first models, with a cathode ray screen, relaunched the Apple brand at the end of the 1990s. The latest version of Apple’s PC is the 2017 iMac computer, the new edition has Intel Kaby Lake processors, new graphics, better display and faster storage than ever before. The all-in-one iMac was updated to maintain its characteristic level, and to look better than ever before. The general innovations have reached most models. However, the best option is the 27 inch iMac. The 27 iMac offer: a retina screen with 5K resolution (5,120 x 2,880 pixels) and a maximum brightness of 500 nits, an Intel Core i5 processor at 3.4GHz (7th Generation Kaby Lake), an AMD Radeon Pro 570 graphics with 4GB VRAM, 8GB DDR4 2.400MHz RAM, 1TB Fusion Drive storage, USB 3.1 ports, a SD card, Gigabit Ethernet, Thunderbolt 3 (USB C). The iMac includes the wireless aMagic Keyboard and Magic Mouse 2. And of course, depending on the particular needs, the hardware can be expanded by opting for up to an i7 at 4.2GHz, 64GB of RAM, 2TB of SSD storage and Radeon Pro 580 graphics. The screen is the protagonist of iMac, remarking that it is the best one ever put on a Mac, the first impression is a spectacle. The 5K panel vibrates the colors and it is now able to reach a maximum brightness of 500 nits. The iMac is capable of reproducing 1 billion colors and uses the P3 standard to provide greater precision in their reproduction. At an aesthetic level, iMac has not changed much compared to the previous generation. All its body and foot is finished in aluminum, a beautiful work where finishes are up to the high quality usual standard. The angle of the screen can be adjusted with one finger, the mechanism is very smooth, and maintains the exact chosen position with firmness. As with MacBook Pro, the iMac family has also embraced the seventh generation of Intel processors, known as Kaby Lake, as well as DDR4 memory (with up to 64GB of RAM on the 27-inch model) and all 27 "versions include Fusion Drive storage base. Fusion Drive is an Apple hybrid storage system, combining a high-capacity mechanical disk with SSD, that automatically organizes the content by placing it certain places for quick access. Every day, the performance of the Apple iMac is excellent, its sizes and resolution make it a great choice for multitasking, even the basic one, since it does not suffer when working with dozens of brozer tabs at the same time (including documents and editing programs at the same time, such as Photoshop or Lightroom). The iMac is inaudible on a daily basis and 100% silent in a normal environment. One of the novelties of the latest is Apple's commitment to Augmented Reality. Apple has put a lot of effort into making the iMac not only a good machine for graphics professionals but also a large powerful desktop computer compatible with AR. Although be sure to get the iMac 5K of 27 inches. The new iMac represents a fantastic generation, designed with a lot of head and heart, it will successfully please anyone who wishes to buy it.
