I joyed using me table and still do today, about 3 years later. Now I am looking for upgrade. The reps that I worked with were very helpful and patient. The first ipad had an issue, returning was very simple. I did not have to keep calling. What they told me, they did. So I would recommend buying their products. They are flexible to work with. I like that.

I purchased a refurbished iPhone 8 64GB in Mint condition. It was boxed in an Apple box with Apple Charger. I have had many cellphones but the Apple iPhone 8 is now my favorite! Black Market is boon to consumers, supplying refurbished Apple products for very reasonable prices. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the follow up customer service asking me if I have had any difficulties with my iPhone and assuring me that Black Market will work with me to work through any difficulties and remind that the iPhone 8 can be returned for a full refund if I am dissatisfied. I think Black Market is fantastic! I will go to Black Market for all my future Apple products

I do not know a thing about computers but I was able to easily navigate Backmarket.com and learned what specs in a computer that would suit my needs. I settled on this MacBook Pro and am satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely be back to buy more refurbished items.

I have bought refurbished for four family members for more than 5 years. It started with refurbished being a better cost than the insurance co-pay; no insurance and the same or less to replace what we had. I needed to upgrade my wife's phone, I was able to upgrade to a newer phone with a 12 month warranty . It's my first experience with BackMarket with high expectations

Good condition. A little too big for the ears they fall out of my ears at times. But theres nothing i can do about that but simply take it. That is how Samsung created them thats howI'll take them. Back Market is literally the best thing I've ever come across

After being to new buying an iPhone and new to Back Market, I accidentally ordered the wrong phone (meant to order Max version). The seller allowed me to return the phone and I received the credit back within 24hrs of following up with them. BTW, the follow-up communication was FAST and THOROUGH when asking about my refund. Sorry it did not work out, but this is a great seller that does the right thing and is not just about making $$. Will be back to see you when I need an upgrade.

The keyboard itself / glowing features is awesome. My boys love it. We had some issues with it's functionality but the seller responded almost immediately and it was one of the best customer service experiences I have had online in general.

The airpods were in great condition, arrived on time, and paired with my devices right away. They've been working perfectly so far. It even came with the box, case, and charger cable. Totally recommend.

The phone was exactly as described, and looked factory new. It's been in use for about two weeks now, and seems to be working perfectly. The only negative comment I have, is that when it arrived, the battery was completely dead. It didn't take long to recharge though, and battery life is good. Overall, a great value for the price.

My only complaint is the dull and washed out colors on the screen. Not sure if this is a characteristic of the iphone 8 or is a flaw. The phone is otherwise in perfect condition. overall very happy with my purchase.
