to be honest, i was expecting to receive a phone that was all jacked up with gashes and cracks in it or something. everyone warned me not to purchase a refurb. what i received was basically a new phone. i mean, the battery life is at 82% but the case and screen are pristine. this experience has changed the way i purchase electronics. seriously. why the hell would i spend $600-$1,000 on a new phone ever again? if you're on the fence: just do it, dude. don't let the grade deter you. this was, hands down, the best purchase i've made in a long ass time.

The best Phone buying experience I have had in a while. ordered regular shipping and my phone was at my door is 3 days. battery 99% peak, no dents or scratches. very efficient tracking system. Cheaper and better than any other option. Truly happy, and would do it again.

The phone was exactly as described, and looked factory new. It's been in use for about two weeks now, and seems to be working perfectly. The only negative comment I have, is that when it arrived, the battery was completely dead. It didn't take long to recharge though, and battery life is good. Overall, a great value for the price.

I’m a novice at this (78 yrs old), and had a iPhone 4 from a relative. I’ve never had a new phone, but do not see how a new one could be any better. Battery holds it charge and it is much faster than iPhone 4. I stream the phone directly into my hearing aids and the voice quality is very good. I no longer try to use my landline. Excellent product so far.

I purchased a refurbished iPhone 8 64GB in Mint condition. It was boxed in an Apple box with Apple Charger. I have had many cellphones but the Apple iPhone 8 is now my favorite! Black Market is boon to consumers, supplying refurbished Apple products for very reasonable prices. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the follow up customer service asking me if I have had any difficulties with my iPhone and assuring me that Black Market will work with me to work through any difficulties and remind that the iPhone 8 can be returned for a full refund if I am dissatisfied. The watch arrived promptly. Annoyingly the straps were separated from watch and they were mildly frustrating to put together as my manual dexterity was not it once was.
