    The purchase and delivery were perfect. The phone was perfect in appearance and operation. I made the decision to return the phone after owning and operation for about a week. No fault of the phone whatsoever. I just realized I am not a fan of Samsung's OS as much as I thought I would be.

    So far so good. I got an iPhone 15 pro in excellent condition from Maroon Mobile. The setup was quick and easy, battery health at 100% with 52 cycles, and no cosmetic imperfections. Be very sure to check vendors, compare, and make sure they’re reputable before buying ! I would definitely recommend Maroon Mobile!

    This was my first purchase from Back Market and I've got to say, I am beyond impressed and pleased with my phone! I was so hesitant and nervous spending so much money on a refurbished phone, and on top of that, using this website because I had never heard of it... but my phone came in almost perfect condition and has been so awesome! I got the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra at "good" condition, and 3 weeks into it, this has been the best phone I've ever owned! The battery lasts all day, the screen and camera are so clear, and it's been fast and efficient with everything so far. I couldn't be happier with this phone so far! I am so glad I stumbled across Back Market!

    I paid for the premium quality refurbished Galaxy S25+, and it is almost perfect. Unfortunately, the device arrived with the selfie camera slightly blurry. I have gone through all of the troubleshooting steps, but it remains slightly blurry. I would have returned it for another, but due to my job, I cannot afford to go without a phone while I ship this one back and wait for a new one. I don't take selfie often, but it would still be a nice feature to have.
