The phone arrived in perfect condition and was exactly as described on the order page! The shipping was quick and the phone came in the official box, with a charging cable, and the sim card tray tool. I would absolutely recommend purchasing a device from this seller and BackMarket. I purchased this phone to use as a developer phone for mobile application development, so finding a cheaper alternative to purchasing a new phone was important and this was the perfect place to do so!

The condition was listed as excellent and I would have qualified that to very good. It showed some wear and a couple of minor scratches on the case and edges, and a minor one on the screen - but I am not sure that I wouldn't have done that myself in a few weeks anyways. The ordering process was relatively simple and the phone arrived a day early - very nice. It also came in the original box. It works perfectly and I am absolutely in TOTAL LOVE with this phone. It is also a great conversation starter as everyone wants to take a look when I use it. And it seems everyone is suitably impressed - as am I. It took a while to set it up and arrange all the apps, but it is now my trusty companion. The convenience of being able to slip it in a shirt pocket or pants pocket without pulling and stretching your clothes or bulging is revolutionary for the capabilities of this item. It is smaller than a pack of cigarettes (I quit 20 years ago). This will be the future of cell phones for sure. It is the best gift I treated myself to in a very long time. I previously purchased a galaxy s21 ultra in excellent condition for my wife. It was in immaculate condition.It came in the mail very quickly and the product looked and performed flawlessly. I didn't write a review. I wanted to to make another purchase first and see if was just to good to be true. I purchased a galaxy note 20 ultra in excellent condition. 5 days later it arrived as advertised. Not a scratch anywhere came with original box and a Samsung fast charge block and cord. The Bluetooth pen worked and the phone functioned as new. The battery health diagnostic showed 93%. We couldn't be happier with Back Market! I will definitely be recommending their products and purchasing more myself in the near future. If you are like me and wondering how legitimate this company is wonder no more!

So glad to be back in Moto world! This phone offers a lot of bang for the buck, and I dare say it's a better phone than the one I "upgraded" from. My last phone was a flagship Samsung s21 Plus, and it really had a lot of bugs, terrible battery life and Samsung bloat. I've always owned Moto g's, and missed the smooth and simple operating system they offer. It's a little things, like chop chop for the flashlight, or twist twist for the camera to come on. Quality of the phone was exactly as advertised. It arrived in excellent condition with the original box and charger. My experience with this site and the transaction led me to purchase a whole bunch of iPads for my school through the site. I'm very impressed with everything from top to bottom, and will be making a lot of purchases here for my personal and business needs.

This phone ROCKS! Everything about the phone is great. Not a scratch on it and it was fully charged out of the box. Everything is so far so good. I had a few hiccups of my own in the start and had to return phones based off personal preferences and that went smoothly! The iPhone 11 Pro I have from Backmarket is amazing and in great condition even tho I ordered”good” condition. Mine came from the refurbished Avamt Solutions in original box with a starter case and lifetime screen protector! I was shocked and excited to see both! Overall great experience with Backmarket!
