    I ordered an iPhone 13 in very good condition and it didn't disappoint. I looks like a brand new phone and had a battery health of 99%! I'm happy I saved money with refurbished and feel like I got a brand new phone.

    Everything is so far so good. I had a few hiccups of my own in the start and had to return phones based off personal preferences and that went smoothly! The iPhone 11 Pro I have from Backmarket is amazing and in great condition even tho I ordered”good” condition. Mine came from the refurbished Avamt Solutions in original box with a starter case and lifetime screen protector! I was shocked and excited to see both! Overall great experience with Backmarket! I’ve been telling everyone to try ‘‘em out!

    The phone arrived in great condition and good working order. However it came loaded with AT&T bloat ware that can not be deleted, I was not aware of that it was an unlocked AT&T phone, it was my understanding it was an unlocked Samsung phone.

    I previously purchased a galaxy s21 ultra in excellent condition for my wife. It was in immaculate condition.It came in the mail very quickly and the product looked and performed flawlessly. I didn't write a review. I wanted to to make another purchase first and see if was just to good to be true. I purchased a galaxy note 20 ultra in excellent condition. 5 days later it arrived as advertised. Not a scratch anywhere came with original box and a Samsung fast charge block and cord. The Bluetooth pen worked and the phone functioned as new. The battery health diagnostic showed 93%. We couldn't be happier with Back Market! I will definitely be recommending their products and purchasing more myself in the near future. If you are like me and wondering how legitimate this company is wonder no more!

    This is the second time I've ordered something from backmarket and I haven't been disappointed yet. It arrived in excellent condition, and it came with both a usb c charger chord and an adapter. It's been a few months since I've had this phone and it hasn't given me any problems yet. The battery does go pretty fast, but it's fine.
