I ordered an iPhone 13 in very good condition and it didn't disappoint. I looks like a brand new phone and had a battery health of 99%! I'm happy I saved money with refurbished and feel like I got a brand new phone.

Everything is so far so good. I had a few hiccups of my own in the start and had to return phones based off personal preferences and that went smoothly! The iPhone 11 Pro I have from Backmarket is amazing and in great condition even tho I ordered”good” condition. Mine came from the refurbished Avamt Solutions in original box with a starter case and lifetime screen protector! I was shocked and excited to see both! Overall great experience with Backmarket! I’ve been telling everyone to try ‘‘em out!

I have purchased different brands and models from different sellers and so far no one has left me with a smile from ear to ear. Highly satisfied!!! I wish I could provide a 10-start review but 5 is the maximum. Highly recommended!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience shopping with Back Market. I had read some reviews on TrustPilot and was a bit afraid since I have never done business with Back Market but my fear was unwarranted. I picked out an "Very Good Condition" fully unlocked Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G and paid for expedited shipping. It came in time for my trip and was indeed in excellent condition, really like new except for a few marks along the bottom of the phone, which are not noticeable at all. I love my new phone, it works perfectly and I saved about 50%! I highly recommend Back Market.

It's been about a month since I received the A52 and I am very pleased with the purchase. The phone arrived in an official-looking refurbished Samsung box with OEM USB-C charger, and its condition is excellent other than a slight sign of wear near the corner of the camera housing; even the original plastic protection film is still attached on all sides of the phone. No detectable decrease of battery capacity, either, so I guess the phone wasn't put through heavy use where it came from. In short it totally meets my expectation and is worth the few extra bucks i paid for the top tier condition.

I would like to preface this by saying the device itself was in perfect condition. It arrived as expected, it functions, the works. However...the only reason I'm not giving this a review of complete satisfaction is because it was not communicated in any way that the phone was shipping with a lightly damaged screen protector. When I noticed this initially, I freaked and agonized about having to return the item from what was supposedly a damaged screen after finishing my setup. It was only upon my inspection of the phone whilst taking photos for what would have been the return that I noticed the edges of the protective peel. When I pulled the peel off, the screen was revealed to be pristine as I hoped for (and expected to see initially). So all good on that front. If nothing else, a change I would like to see BackMarket and/or sellers make is added disclaimers for refurbished products that fit the situation I had. It's not fair either to the buyer to be agonizing over an unmentioned addition like a misleading screen protector or to the seller who may have to deal with less observant people immediately raising concerns without noticing things like I did. Despite how the above may sound, don't take my statements as coming from a place of anger. I've bought from this site before with no issues. This comes from a genuine desire for improvement.

I love Back Market for both their, customer service and quality of the products. This is my second purchase with them and as before, I am ecstatic. My MacBook Air and Galaxy A13 were great gifts to myself. I will be back soon. A. Barry

I preferred an iPhone 11 Pro and the quality is excellent just as I ordered and there were no visible scratches from what I see there aren’t any at all and the best thing is that you don’t have to wait too long for your order to be delivered. I’m super excited it works and everything I’m for sure buying from here again and yea overall I’m happy. For real it’s the best I recommend 10/10 buying from BackMarket. Seriously tho try them out! :)

Super impressed at how flawless it was when opening the box! Wanted to wait a bit before giving a review but it's been 6 months so far and the phone has been a very welcomed upgrade to me!
