Refurbished Galaxy S23 Plus

Little worried about buying refurbished. I was concerned about the condition of the phone even though it was listed as in Excellent condition. When I opened the box, all my fears went away. This was the best purchase I could have ever made. I can only hope that should I ever need it, their service after the sale, repairs or replacement will be as good or better than the service I have received thus far. Buying a refurbished phone from Back Market is a no Brainer! THANK YOU!!

This is my Third day having and using this phone. There were cosmetic chips on the side of the phone and light scratches on the screen for "good" condition, but everything is still perfect. (Not a big deal, considering a phone is a phone as long as it runs like it's new and it wasn't really noticeable.) Either way, great deal. alot better than spending 800-960 on the same phone through a carrier. Saved me alot of time, money, and hassles with phone companies being slimey with their phone "deals." I honestly should have went for the Ultra, but I chickened out 🤣.

The phone came in great condition to my knowledge so far. I will say that the camera came with like a generic camera protector that made it appear like the s21 camera set up. I didn’t know how the camera really looked on this model so when I went to put a case on the phone it wouldn’t fit and couldn’t understand why. Until I realized the screen protector on the camera. So I yanked it off and was just filthy underneath. Besides that phone was okay. Will say I expect more on the personal working on it to notice the camera protector before shipping product. Because it’s not like it was installed by backmarket. It definitely belonged to the previous owner. All and all a lil more attention to detail.

I got the new s23+ 256gb lavender and it was immaculate. But when I set it up it got hot and the battery drained pretty fast and I was thinking oh oh. But I gave it a chance and it has performed wonderfully with no repeat of excess heat and the battery has lasted all day with the same routine (gaming) that made me charge my old phone twice! I read that set up makes them hot. Anyway, Very smooth and quick. 5*'s! Thanks for quality stuff, Back Market!

I am very grateful to have stumbled across Back Market a while back. It was time to replace an old Samsung S9. I had spent much time previously reviewing newer models. I new what I wanted and found it on BM. The S23+ was listed as excellent condition. It was as new! I am very pleased with the phone and the purchasing experience. I will be buying future phones through BM and will be recommending others to do the same.

Phone is beautiful, I’m so pleased. I am however ticked off that I can’t get the extended warranty for the phone, due to an app malfunction. I used PayPal and my payment didn’t go thru, I pushed purchase again and my receipt showed 2 insurance plans. I deleted one and now I’m told I have NO extended warranty and CANT get one because I cancelled it. I’m at a loss.

Came in and looks brand new, camera quality is amazing. Definitely scared to order at first as I had need a few bad reviews about BackMarket but had no issues with product. It's been about a month and no issues. works perfectly fine. thank yall so much! 10/10 would order again🌟⭐️

Highly recommend. No issues & Excellent shipping. Phone was in perfect condition (no scratches anywhere)/ battery was great - no issues. -Took me a bit of time to transfer all my stuff over, but process went well & phone is working great (I'm still on Verizon).

In this case, calling it in "Fair" condition appears to mean that they had replaced the screen. In so doing there is a half-circle filled black in the upper left side of the screen. In most cases it remains invisible when the background is also black. On a light colored background you see it but rarely is there any live text or graphic that is cut visibly by this screen issue. T-Mobile would have given me an S-23 FE for slightly more money than this one which is two steps below the S-23+ so I guess it remains a decent deal.
