Refurbished Galaxy S23 Plus

I LOVE Backmarket -- their refurbished products have been working great for me (keep it up!!), trade-in is a breeze, and buying second-hand products are both cheap AND better for the environment. What's not to love?

Little worried about buying refurbished. I was concerned about the condition of the phone even though it was listed as in Excellent condition. When I opened the box, all my fears went away. This was the best purchase I could have ever made. I can only hope that should I ever need it, their service after the sale, repairs or replacement will be as good or better than the service I have received thus far. Buying a refurbished phone from Back Market is a no Brainer! THANK YOU!!

I am very grateful to have stumbled across Back Market a while back. It was time to replace an old Samsung S9. I had spent much time previously reviewing newer models. I new what I wanted and found it on BM. The S23+ was listed as excellent condition. It was as new! I am very pleased with the phone and the purchasing experience. I will be buying future phones through BM and will be recommending others to do the same.

My 3rd purchase with the seller Maroon Mobile, if I'm buying an Android device, I make sure it's with Maroon Mobile. Never had an issue, the devices come in excellent condition always. My son absolutely loves the S23+, very happy with my purchase. Can't say the same with some other sellers though, so if it's through Maroon Mobile don't worry it's going to come in great condition.

Highly recommend. No issues & Excellent shipping. Phone was in perfect condition (no scratches anywhere)/ battery was great - no issues. -Took me a bit of time to transfer all my stuff over, but process went well & phone is working great (I'm still on Verizon).

In this case, calling it in "Fair" condition appears to mean that they had replaced the screen. In so doing there is a half-circle filled black in the upper left side of the screen. In most cases it remains invisible when the background is also black. On a light colored background you see it but rarely is there any live text or graphic that is cut visibly by this screen issue. T-Mobile would have given me an S-23 FE for slightly more money than this one which is two steps below the S-23+ so I guess it remains a decent deal.

A week in to my new to me phone and so far, so good. Phone was in excellent condition (as I ordered) and battery (not new) appears OK. Just hesitating on giving the transaction 5 stars until a month or so...

Great deal overall, BUT the phone came with a large drop of some sort of glue on one of the sides and the phone was not well protected inside the shipment box. It took me a while to remove the glue and clean some light residue on the edges of the device. After doing this, the phone was in immaculate condition. Works, looks, and feels great. I'm really happy so far.
