I haven't bought a new phone in 8 years. The only reason I got a new phone is because apps are starting to not work with my old phone. While I love the flip design, my main concern is having a phone for longevity, and the features for repairs with the warrenty give me peace of mind with such a novelty design. I always buy refurbished to minimize e-waste, but this flip design had me nervous. So far, the phone has been fantastic.
