    This phone quickly made me love the iPhone 12 pro max. It quickly became my favorite apple phone of all time. I received this phone in November & it was perfect until about May. In May, 7 months after receiving this phone, the battery health hit 70 percent. Since then, this phone does not work off of the charger. I have to use a portable charger in public at all times to be able to use my phone or else it shuts off. This phone was great for those 7 months, but now it is the bane of my existence. Will be getting my new phone, that I am unfortunately required to buy only 7 months after buying a phone, from elsewhere.

    After three months of use I have to say that I am impressed with my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I bought this phone in good condition, so I did notice some scratches on it; however, it works flawlessly. I have used BackMarket.com for many electronics over the years, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of an upgrade.

    I received my iPhone 12 Pro Max in excellent condition. No visible scars or scratches. Phone was new. I had no issue with transferring data from one phone to the other. This is my second phone from back market. I will continue to use back market to order phones.

    The phone itself is great no scratches or any signs of wear and tear. The screen is replaced so it does have the unknown part message. Other than that the phone is great! The battery is on 87% health which is pretty good. I appreciate your business and will return.

    The background color is not white. I’ve tried to change settings but unable. It’s a slightly yellow color and makes me crazy since I specifically chose excellent. I like bright white and this doesn’t show it

    So far so good! The iPhone 12 tends to heat up when plugged in for awhile such as when you are on a road trip. (I returned one from another company because it kept overheating and shut off!) So far I like this phone fine, and will probably shop with you again!!

    The physical appearance of the phone is excellent. The transfer process went well. There does , however appear to be an issue with the screen flickering into a pink/blue pattern every few minutes. If this continues, I will reluctantly have to return the phone. Other than that issue, I am extremely pleased with the look and condition of the unit. The battery came in at 86% at which is certainly satisfactory, but the flickering screen has me concerned.
