Refurbished iPhone 13 Blue

I was nervous to buy a refurbished iPhone anywhere other than through Apple but the iPhone 13 mini was never available at the Apple Refurbished store, so after looking around I felt the most confident purchasing through Back Market. The 13 mini I purchased arrived a couple of days early and I received notifications when it was going to be delivered so I'd be there to sign for it and the driver did require a signature. The phone was exactly what I'd hoped for and now I feel a little silly being so worried about it. I will buy from Back Market again.

The phone is glitchy to the point that it’s nearly unusable. Issues: - It turns off and restarts randomly - WiFi and Bluetooth turn off almost as soon as I turn them on - It often loses phone signal (I am in a major city and well within my network area) - The screen freezes This is the second phone I’ve had to get from Back Market as the first one I ordered arrived in unacceptable physical condition. I’ve gotten a refund most on that one but they’re having “technical issues” so I still haven’t received the part that was issued as a credit. I’m hoping they make this all right but I’m not optimistic. Save your time and buy a refurbished phone directly from Apple, the hassle isn’t worth it!

The phone came in good condition, looking very new. All is functioning really well with a battery health of 100%. only issue was a notification that the phone display had non-genuine parts. Wish it had original apple parts but i can't expect much from a refurbished phone. All in all, this is a good phone.

this was my first time ordering a refurbished device so i was hesitant, especially seeing so many polarizing reviews. after receiving my device, i’m genuinely happy i placed an order. the device is like brand new, it’s amazing!!

This is great for a refurbished phone! Even tho there or a few scratches on the edges, it’s still in good shape and gets the job done. I got it in fair condition, so I expected worse, but I was wrong. The back and front of the phone had no scratches or cracks to be seen. I recommended my friends and family because they thought I got a brand new phone at first glance, and not refurbished. Thank you Back Market!

This was a great decision! I had my doubts but this refurbished works much better than my old phone. It was an iphone xs. Not to mention I’m digging the mini. Works better than my previous and i can text and type with one hand

Over all as far as I can tell the phone is in great condition. Just the battery life is at 89%. I thought it was a refurbished phone in excellent condition. Seems like it should have been labeled as good since it’s not 100% battery life.

LOVE IT after ordering a phone in "excellent" condition on Amazon from a 3rd party seller battery health guaranteed 80% well it was 79% and had a buy a new battery alert, NOPE so returned it. Then to be happily satisfied and then some to get this phone 89% battery health plus a 1 yr. warranty Appearance is great no scratches dings etc. Performance is like new after a quick update it charged quickly. I am very happy with my purchase, and I will send everyone to Black Markert for their refurbished iPhones.
