5/5I purchased this phone in May of 2021 and it was exactly as described and has performed flawlessly. Apple no longer supports the iOS except for essential security and the battery has degraded and would need replacing but I have never had to have the phone repaired. I am now shopping on Back Market for an iPhone 12. Thank you

4.2/5The sound doesn't work very well. Have to use it on speaker or air pods. I moved overseas when right after I purchased so i could not take advantage of the warranty or return. I know it was an Apple issue though. Other than that I've purchased from here before and would again.
