I received this order yesterday the 26th. I bought it on the 20th. I thought that it would be shipped by UPS, not USPS The packing was not that safe to be shipped thru USPS as they are very careless with their shipping. I like the feel, and the color, but will need a case to protect it. I used the Galaxy S22 that I bought from you last April (order # 4454602) as the trade in. I never was very happy with the S22, it had issues with the sim card, could not hear the ring very well, and was rather hard for me to use. Too many extras and the on-off button was right where I hold it. I have had Motorola phones before and liked them. It is not turned on yet. Am going to Verison today as the S22 is very difficult to switch the contents to another brand of phone. will keep you posted.

I purchased the Asurion protection plan and of course i cracked the screen on my phone. Asurion is an absolute scam. They had me fill out a bunch of forms that are confusing and are clearly trying to keep people from filing claims. I finally thought i had everything submitted, and now they are telling me they need a PHOTO of the phones model and serial number. A serial number on a phone is underneath the battery. This is the last purchase i will make from this website. I was ripped off by asurion, but there is simply no way that Back Market did not know this about them. What a ripoff.
