    Honestly, first time using Backmarket. Already out the box; this phone was in better quality then amazons “premium” refurbished phone. I received a iPhone 12 Pro pacific blue. With dents on the front and a non original screen. The phone I got from back market is absolutely beautiful and better than the Amazon one I received. Although; 2 things to note. That the battery was definitely worse. The one I got from backmarket is at 81% while the one I got from amazing was at 92% One side thing I did notice even though I bought this phone at excellent quality the screen has some minor scratches which I’m not too particularly pleased about. Although, it does have Apple OEM parts. So I can’t really be too worried about it. Been using it for a few days and it’s been solid.

    Thank you Back Market, for your service as the go between service for connecting buyers and refurbishers of various products. This was my first experience of both purchasing a refurbished iPhone, and trading in my previous iPhone, from other than Apple direct. I did my research first to be sure of how I could ensure the best outcome, and this is my advice to others: Purchase a refurbished iPhone described as no less than “Excellent” condition. It may cost you a little more than lesser condition described refurbished iPhones, but you likely will be more satisfied with the condition of the device you receive. I wanted to trade in my excellent condition iPhone XR and purchase an iPhone 13 Mini 256GB in color green. I was unable to acquire the iPhone 13 Mini 256GB in green as neither new nor refurbished direct from Apple. So I had to look elsewhere. That is where Back Market came in.     I bought my first refurbished IPhone with Backmarket in 2019 - an IPhone 7. I got it in the "excellent" condition and it was excellent for 5 years! I loved my IPhone 7 and the only reason I gave it up was because the IOS would only go to 14 and some of my needed apps did not support IOS 14 anymore.     I bought the iPhone 15 Pro Max from Back Market and I have had it for almost a month now and there have been no problems! There are no scratches on the front glass. The cameras work excellent there are no scratches on the back. They use genuine refurbished parts. All of my parts are from Apple nowhere does it say in my settings that there is an unfamiliar or unrecognized part. The only thing I would have to mention is when I charge my phone. It seems to get really warm. I don’t know if that is a product thing or a refurbished thing. I did some research and it does say that the iPhone 15 Pro Max did get pretty warm when charging. Other than that, the phone works excellent. I am satisfied.

    I needed a new phone but I didn’t want to buy new just because they’re so expensive. My friend recommended this site and I had bought my last phone refurbished so I decided to buy another one off this website. I bought a used pink iPhone 13 in excellent condition. The phone looks and works great, however the screen is not in the condition I thought I was paying for. At the top there is an imperfection underneath the screen where it looks like the screen has been impacted. There are small bits of blue, green, and black right at the top that resemble the screen of a phone that has been busted. It’s not a big deal and doesn’t affect the use of the phone, just slightly annoying. Other than this I am thrilled with my phone.

    My experience with Back Market has been tremendously positive. This phone was the 4th item I've purchased refurbished from Back Market. The iPhone 15 quality is certainly better than the iPhone 12 I traded in. One downside is the phone has crashed a few times while in Portrait mode in the camera app. The OS froze then the screen went fuzzy. I had to manually reboot the phone a couple of times. On the 12 it would sometimes lag in Portrait mode but this was a first. I'll keep an eye on it.
