When looking for a carrier, all said the device was locked. So I couldn't select the one I wanted. I had to activate a plan with the new sim in another phone since they see it as locked. After activating the sim and inserting into new phone, it worked. Took about a week and lots of confusion to finally get it working. Never had this much trouble before. Phone works well.

Purchased for a family in need and the child's mother couldn't be happier. She is able to communicate with her son's school for a fraction of the cost of a new phone. There was a slight delay in shipping which was communicated effectively by Back market. Very pleased with the device when it arrived it looks brand new. Thank you.

Nice. The phone looks new and works well. Inititially, it had no cell service and I was about to return it. Fortunately, it required a reboot after reset. Then everything worked as it should. This thing is pretty fast and has all the latest features. Satisfied.

I wanted to wait and use the phone for awhile so I could give an informed review. It works great. It's a little slower than a new phone, but for the price, I couldn't be happier.

I purchased the phone and it wwas delivered in quick succession. Literally 2 days. The phone looks brand new out of box so i am very delighted about that. The phone is working well so far so good so I really cannot complain. For the price and all i am satisfied. I hope it lasts too.
