The computer is very good and has a good operating system. The only issue is that it takes a long time to recognize the charger, and sometimes I have to wait up to 10 minutes after plugging it in for it to start charging. In some cases, I have to unplug and plug it back in until it finally recognizes the connector and starts charging the laptop.

The device came in a “clean” condition for what it’s worth. The only thing I don’t like is one, my keyboard is misaligned to far up and some keys like shift, ctrl, caps, etc clip the case and get stuck sometimes. Number two is I do not know if my original case was painted or replaced but the one that is currently equipped does not have any indicators on it as to what each port is for. This makes it difficult to distinguish between the type c port used for charging the computer and one used to charge a phone since they are right next to each other. I would return my device to have the keyboard fixed but I am fearful that the refurbisher will not attempt to repair or replace my device like they have seemed to do with a previous order of mine and I am in NEED of a device now.

It is a pretty decent purchase. Very capable for work and most streaming services, it gets a little hot for gaming, but it might be due to running in high quality settings on a 4-5 year old laptop. I highly recommend if you want a slim-cheaper but great alternative to an expensive high-end one.

The only problem I ran into is the lack of WiFi drivers on the version of Windows that was pre-installed. I was able to plug directly into my router to solve the issue, but it could have definitely been a show-stopper for others. Otherwise I love it, and it's been great!

I Intentionally looked for "mistakes" with this laptop, given that it's used. I spent about 30 minutes, thoroughly inspecting every inch of it and found a total of 3. All completely aesthetic, and not noticeable unless you look for them. As for it's performance, the laptop runs incredibly. I really only get up to a max of around 30% CPU usage. Sadly, as expected, the battery kinda sucks and it only lasts maybe an hour and a half to two hours. It's totally fine though, I just use it plugged in. All in all, I am more than happy, and blown away by how much money it DIDN'T cost me. :)
