The purchase process was super easy and delivery was faster than quoted (awesome). The product itself….if you didn’t tell me it was a refurb, I’d never guess. No cosmetic wear and performs with blazing speed. No bloatware installed. Primarily used for music production and it is simply light years beyond my previous laptop.
