3/5I purchased this iPhone 14 for my mother who lives out of state. She took it to the Verizon store and they told her it was broken as they could not connect it to the Verizon network. Since I am far away I guess we just eat the $$$ as she is 91 years old and not good with these online returns and I am not there to help her! Never again! Quality control stinks as I paid up for a phone in "Very Good" condition.
