Loved the phone however after a few weeks the IMEI locked up. Apparently the previous owner didn't have the phone fully paid off. Had to return and now have to purchase from a different seller on here.

iPhone 15 was sold with locked eSIM. T-Mobile said they cannot unlock the phone due to a suspended account by the previous owner who did not pay off their phone before selling it to Back Market.

iPhone did not come with original Apple accessories and reseller did not include trade in shipping form. I’ve had to contact customer service at least three times to get it. Not a good experience this round.

my wife's backpack was stolen on vacation so I ordered her a new phone to replace the one in the backpack. Thanks to great police work the thief was caught and most of my wife's valuables were recovered including her phone. Back Market made it so easy to return the replacement phone. thank you
