The phone looks great but it wouldn’t connect . I went to brick and mortar store and said it was locked. Called Verizon and luckily over the 1.5 hrs they found a fix. This has been only problem I have had with backmarket stuff.

The phone was lock so that even though my contacts were on the phone, every all went to the Verizon service desk. Even the Back Market service desk could not fix the problem.
