iPhone X 256GB - Silver - Locked T-Mobile

I was really excited for this phone to come in. I got this phone in a “ Good “ Condition. It’s more like excellent. Battery is 100%, Performance is good, ios is good , icloud is good & storage is great. it comes with a charger cord only not a block so be aware. It was a 7day ship process. Other than that, This is the best phone i’ve ever gotten thats refurbished. I will be buying off back market again.

Purchased the iPhone X in 'good' condition to replace my husbands worn out iPhone 7, looks brand new and works like a brand new iPhone. Ever since I discovered Black Market and their refurbished products, it's the only place I go when our family needs to replace a device. I've never been disappointed with what I've purchased and I've saved lot's of money vs buying brand new products. So it this my second product off of back market. I got this for my son bc he is 8 was about to break apart. I don’t wanna buy him new because he doesn’t take care of this obviously, but I need to stay in contact with him. I like this phone it came in almost new. This only issue i had is t-Mobil said the iPhone 10 is becoming obsolete, but it connected and we should be fine lol.

The first thing to go wrong with this phone was the delivery. I was not notified that I would need to sign for the delivery, and no one was home. I would have had it delivered to my work address had I known. Three days into using the phone it started to spontaneously shut down as if the battery was dead, but it still had adequate battery life. I would have to plug the phone in and let it charge for a couple minutes, then turn it back on. The battery would be at 52% or so. I reached out to customer service and they told me I can send the phone back for repair, replacement, or refund. I asked if they can send the replacement before I send the defective phone I have only had for a week back, and was told they cannot do that. I sent the phone for r.,r., or r., a week ago and have heard nothing from BackMarket on the status, although the tracking info shows it arrived 2 days ago, and the customer service rep told me they would come to a resolution by day 3 of it arriving. I am without a phone until this is resolved. I don’t even have a phone with which to call customer care. I messaged in the original thread where I made the complaint, and it says my agent is unavailable. This is very disappointing. This is the 8th phone I have purchased from back market. I have never had an issue until now, but this is significantly less than satisfactory.

I bought this item in "Excellent" condition and it looks absoutely brand new! First time buying from Back Market so i didn't know what to expect. I will definitely be a regular customer now! Thank you!
