A FEW tiny, barely noticeable scratches on the outer surface. But the screen was in perfect condition and it runs extremely well! They even offered to help me set it up! So pleased with this refurbisher and Back Market!

I didn’t know at first about buying a laptop from this website, It was my first purchase for a refurbished laptop but it works GREAT. The only issue I’ve had is it will jam if too many tabs are open, but it’s only happened 2 times. I would order from them again!

I ordered a MacBook Air in good condition & it has been amazing. It truly looks like a brand new laptop aside from the very small dent on the front which you can't see with a case on it. The shipping was incredible. it was fast and reliable. But the computer itself is slow in general. This is not my first time using MacBook and I was not expecting to be this slow. otherwise great condition.

I got the MacBook in good condition and it looks brand new! The paint on the sides are chipped off but I put a case on so it didn’t really matter. It did come very dirty tho with alot of dust but I just cleaned that. The Apple logo is a bit scratched but again with the case, doesn’t really matter. There’s also some discoloration due to a sticker being put on prior I’m assuming next to the trackpad, that’s the only con I would say. It bothers me a little because it’s discolored and a different color than the rest of the laptop, but I’ll just put another sticker to hide that lol. It’s very fast and no issues yet:-) Over all pretty good and happy that I bought it.
