I've bought three phones from Back Market and I'm really happy with them except for one little problem. I bought a Galaxy A51 5G T-Mobile as directred by my carrier (not T-Mobile). Since I wasn't a T-Mobile customer directly, they would not unlock my phone. They insisted the place I bought it from (you) would unlock it. NOPE! So I had to buy ANOTHER A51 5G unlocked. Thank you. BM quality and service was great. Unfortunately, i did not have the IMEI number prior to ordering and when I attempted to register the phone with Spectrum Mobile, they informed me that the Samsung A51 models are no longer compatible with their system. The phone, just like the 2 previously purchased from back market are better than described / graded. The phone itself is a great value buy. I bought one in fair condition which has a small amount of visible wear, but nothing major. Small marks from the case on the edges and a little bit of wear pattern on the screen, which disappears under a screen protector so might as well not exist to me. It was easy to set up and I've had 0 problems with it. Specs wise it's a nice upgrade from the Blu V91 I ended up buying when my previous phone died suddenly just out of warranty, so I'm really happy with the price, performance, and condition. Recently I upgraded my service with AT&T. I was using a Samsung A51 5G on this network. The phone was not an AT&T purchase, but one off of EBay. It was Unlocked and was capable of being used internationally or on different service providers. When the upgrade of service was complete, everything on my phone worked perfectly... except I could not make or receive calls. It appears AT&T had blocked my IMEI because I did not buy my phone from them. I went to the AT&T store to inquire why, all they could do was tell me to buy a new AT&T phone. However, one of the clerks told me about Back Market. I went to the site and ordered a new-to-me Samsung A51 5G. I wanted the same phone because I have too much stuff on my old phone and it was to transfer everything over to the new one. The new phone was AT&T authorized and it worked right away when I inserted the SIM card. Back Market is one of those best kept secrets that needs to be unclassified and disseminated to everyone. The phone came quickly, well boxed, and with just the thins one needs like a charging cable. Nothing else. And like I said, worked perfectly the first time.
