    I own a Samsung Galaxy A52 5G, and I love it! It is a very good and dependable device. My brother was interested in buying a phone and liked mine as well, so I bought it for him from the refurbished market. We received the phone with no problems...for about two weeks. The issue he had that I have never encountered with my phone was the screen blacking out while using it at random intervals. However, the phone was still on and making noise if he had been playing music or was receiving calls. Needless to say, I was disappointed to hear this as mine has been so dependable. The only good thing about this was that the refund process was pretty straightforward, and went without a hitch. Moving forward however, the specific company selling phones refurbished is on my "no buy" list. I hope other customers did not also experience a fatal problem like this as well and wish them the best.

    Great phone for the price. Frame on upper left of phone has very slight flex, not sure if this is just how this phone is built or if it is due to being used or refurbished. Other than that it's perfect. Blown away by the screen and the features on this phone. I don't know if you can get anything better at this price point, plus it has a headphone jack!

    Arrived like new, can't even tell that it was refurbished, well done BackMarket! As for the phone itself, huge improvement over what I had before, Samsung's OS has some weird quirks that took some getting used to but nothing unlivable. I did have to dig into dev options to remove some bloatware from Samsung and AT&T that came preinstalled on the phone, but after getting it set up how I like, I can honestly give it the highest compliment which I am capable of giving a mobile device: I don't think about it, I just use it.

    This was the first time I ordered from Back Market. The device was in good condition. Just 1 small scratch on the screen. Other than that the device works great. No issues. This will not be my last order.

    Unfortunately the phone Galaxy A52 purchased and rec'd 4/28/23 has worked fine except for today it turned black my son can hear texts and things going on but the screen is all black and and he can't use the phone. Any ideas or should we just send it back as it is still under warranty. please respond Thank You Rita Broadbent

    I bought this phone for a 90-year old man who hadn't used a cell phone in many years. Black Market delivered exactly what I ordered and it looks brand new and works perfectly. The battery has good capacity. This was the fourth phone I ordered but the first one from Black Market. The first phone I ordered didn't work at his address, the next two were cheaper versions than the one I ordered. Black Market delivered what I ordered at a great price and I couldn't be happier.
