quick delivery. great communication regarding switching out the phone I ordered to a pgo e that was available. the data cable is very slow to charge - even the phone said so itself. it even stopped charging at one point. would be helpful if a new one is sent to replace the one originally sent.

the first phone you sent was a stolen phone. verizon not only locked the phone as soon as i tried to start it up, they also locked my phone number because it was associated with the stolen phone. it took me over six hours, including time on the phone with verizon customer service and two trips to the local verizon store to get my phone number back. i then had to ship the stolen phone back to the vendor, wait for them to verify the issue, and then send a new phone. by the time i received a legitimate phone it was two weeks after i first placed the order. no problem (so far) with the replacement phone, but the inconvenience and aggravation with the first phone were beyond reasonable.
