The phone I recieved was in great shape, and does everything I need it to do. I had no problems with it so far other than a random moment where my network was unavailable. I would buy again if needed.

The delivery was timely and all. The phone is in acceptable condition from the selection I made, only bumbed on the heat burned screen.

..accidentally scratched the screen while in my pocket.. seems a bit vulnerable.. will replace screen later.. phone works well.. added external memory..256GB SD card.. Thanks!

it should be stated in huge bold letters, rather try han buried in the warantee exclusions, that the standard water resistance of the Note 8 is not maintained when the phone is refurbished. it only lasted a couple weeks before water got back into it. I'm not sure I would have bought it if I knew they weren't bothering to seal it up properly, as that's one of the most important advances that's been made in smart phones in the last decade. I would have at least brought it to someone to see if it could be done. This just feels like a huge waste of money that would have been easily avoided with a very clear disclaimer in the purchasing process. I don't even know if I can get my data off it. Extremely frustrating and completely avoidable.
